An agile and efficient application.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an application that allows real-time sharing for a work team. I am a student and it has streamlined my time. It has many elements to add and being an online whiteboard, it allows you to do many things. There are even versions for creating applications and I find it very interesting. It is one of the most complete applications in terms of whiteboards. And its operation is super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the free version, so my possibilities are more limited, I would like to be able to create more boards or teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems, so I'm not aware if there are any or if they are being resolved.

visualizing my own toughts
What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most is the capability of putting my own thoughts into visuals, which helps me make sense of what was unorganized in my brain at first. This new and organized way of looking into what was in my mind before allows me to plan my next steps. I use Miro everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ‘lock’ feature is helpful, but I hate having to unlock objects one by one when I just need to select everything to copy and paste somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visualizing thoughts (benefits me by organizing my thoughts and also allows me to show someone else); storaging project information (I can have a board for a product research and have all my research process there); running workshops (I run multiple ideation workshops with end users and they can easily learn how to use Miro); wireframing (I can quickly wireframe something faster than I would do on Figma or other similar software); templates (templates from Miroverse are my favorite! I can always get some inspiration from there and adapt the template based on my project needs)

Easiest collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an outstanding tool that has revolutionized the way we collaborate. Its user-friendly interface and fluid design make it incredibly easy to get started, even for those who are not tech-savvy. The platform's intuitive layout allows teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute ideas together in real-time, no matter where they are in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of Miro's greatest strengths is its ability to foster collaboration. With its wide array of templates, sticky notes, and drawing tools, it feels as close to an in-person brainstorming session as you can get in a digital space. Whether you're mapping out a customer journey, conducting a design sprint, or simply sharing ideas, Miro acts as a powerful catalyst, driving creativity and teamwork to new heights. One of Miro's greatest strengths is its ability to foster collaboration. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's visual workspace allows me to break down complex problems into manageable components. I can map out processes, create flowcharts, and organize thoughts visually, which makes it easier to understand the problem at hand and explore different solutions.

The best collaboration tool for internal and external engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables me to design and execute interactive online workshops and weekly meetings for both internal and external use. The interface is very easy to use but Miro covers all the feature I need to design work board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have so much about disliking Miro at this point. If I were to share the feedback, it would be interesting to see if Miro will adopt Gen AI function as well as connect with some external transcription tool so that the Miro could be plugged more into regular meetings and enhance further work productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro drastically reduces the time for preparing the workshop materials. Also, it is quite a helpful tool for conducting workshops and get input from participants.
It helps me to get aligned with the program agenda and objective so Miro is quite essential for program managers to kickstart the project.
