What do you like best about the product?
it has best remote collaboration, visual collaboration, flexibility, real time updates, cross functional collaboration and easy to use. Its easy to implementation functionality helps us to collaborate in real-time, regardless of their physical location. Team members can work together on a shared canvas, making it easier to collaborate on projects and share ideas. Teams can use digital whiteboards to brainstorm, organize ideas, and create diagrams. This visual approach helps in conveying complex information more effectively than text-based communication. we use it in all our scrum meetings. It can be easily integrated as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only demerit i see is the limitation to offline use as certain features may be limited without an internet connection. And a stable internet connection is crucial for real-time collaboration. Users in areas with unreliable or slow internet connections may experience difficulties.

We have also been implementing the service for training, and giving qualifications to future employees of our organization, in fact, we have already made several hires using Miro.
Simple, User Friendly, and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and user-friendly the platform is to use. I created an account in order to create workflow charts to share with my team. The free version has been enough to quickly create the graphics I need to simplify how I communicate our processes to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image export on the free version is very low resolution and can be a little bit confusing with regards to the "area" which is being exported to an image. I get that this is a premium feature which helps the platform make money, but it'd be nice to be able to at least export a higher resolution image even if the image types were limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has been making a concerted effort to document our processes and procedures as we grow. MIRO has helped me create a visual workflow and map that is much easier for our team to follow to understand roles, responsibilities, and steps in a process. The time it takes to explain a concept to a team member - especially one outside our department - is exponentially faster than if we were only utilizing written explanations. It's also a lot faster for me to create the charts than it is to develop something totally custom in a program like Adobe Illustrator, for example.
Easy and practical

Miro is a great software that is extremely easy to work with:
- easily create new diagrams;
- easily modify all the steps in the diagrams;
- you easily collaborate with colleagues on a given project, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they improved and increased the options to create folders in the web based version that easily sync with a computer archive from which you can easily start a draft and continue working on it in the web version.

Provides easy collaboration between different departments working on the same charts.
Efficient Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its ease of use, making collaboration seamless for our dispersed teams. It serves as a practical choice for brainstorming and representing ideas through diagrams. We use it daily in our scrum process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find the current limitations of Miro's API integration and capabilities, requiring extensive coding for automating roadmaps via Jira tickets, to be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies collaboration, offering easy brainstorming and idea visualization for large teams. It stands as the next best thing to face-to-face interaction, enhancing the collaborative experience. The API interface is instrumental, enabling us to automate and generate dynamic roadmaps directly from Jira tickets.
The best tool to visualise your own thoughts and collaborate with others
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is user friendly and also pleasant and fun to use. The user interface is pretty much self explanatory, so most people can use Miro after a breif introduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality related to access management could be improved. All things related to authentication and authorisation are difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is first of all a tool for collaboration - both in workshops and more distributed forms of collaboration. I also use Miro to save my knowledge and ideas.
Miro - useful for collaborative creative brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Working as a designer in a PR firm, collaborating effectively together with team members from different verticals is key for a successful campaign, and Miro has, undoubtedly, been helpful in having whiteboarding sessions. The clustering feature is amazing as it allows to manage a lot of inputs with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not much to dislike about Miro, any issues we have faced are due to just learning the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To ensure everything for client's campaign is done on time, leveraging Miro's Kanban template and Gantt chart feature has allowed us to keep everyone on-track and ensure the client has full clarity on the progress. This has been helpful and reduced any miscommunication or gaps in information. Also, setting up social media calendars on Miro is great. Having all project-related documentation in one place is important and Miro has been great for that.
For large-scale project management, a definite use
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to ensure the whole team is on a properly paced timeline for a project. The Gantt Chart template is great for getting started and organized key milestones and outlining a project. Moving items around on Miro is easy and the highlighting when hovering over cell makes it easy to visualize where to place items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it felt overwhelming to use due to the amount of features and buttons there are on the canvas but the guided instructions on the template make it easier to process and learn how to best navigate the canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For project management, it has been really helpful to a simple, clear, and clean Gantt chart to showcase with team members. Additionally, with a simplified onboarding of Miro to the team members (the 1 minute Miro intro video on the bottom-right of the canvas helps), everyone is able to contribute and leave comments to contribute on the project's timeline.
