Flexible platform to visualize processes
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very usable for workshops and collecting ideas. I like to use it also for clarifying processes, creating value stream mapse etc. The platform is very flexible, so it's definitely bending to various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes always some time to remember the "controls" you need to use on your mouse to move around. The controls aren't quite usual so some more common ones would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a challenge of mapping complicated and "large" processes with multiple stakeholders. It's impossible to do those on any other platform we have.

What do you like best about the product?
This allows team to work together like editing boards Good Collaboration we will get. There are many facilities which will make easier to work. we are following agile so for retro planning we are using frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like Zooming in and out it is the small issue i faced other than that nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great framework where we can use notes, charts and diagrams to represent our ideas and it is very useful for collaborative session.
Probably the best Whiteboard Software for a broad range of uses
What do you like best about the product?
It's affordable, allows guest members (only on one board), it's pretty easy to use across devices, and it does a good job with framing and interactivity. Lots of good templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't embed websites very well, often it doesn't do thumbnails. It can be buggy or hard to handle selecting layered objects, especially when a frame is involved. The text scaling on frames is also kind of weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm very visual and this is the best tool for visual planning I've found. I use it myself and also to manage team based processes that benefit from collaborative design and planning.

It's really good for collaborating and it's full of templates.

It could have some default configs, like showing the author of the cards.

What do you like best about the product?
With Miro, we can integrate our ongoing workflows very easily. That helps us to use our time on other more important tasks. It also provides us the flexibility to customize the dashboard or whiteboard according to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't find the pricing of advanced features provided by Miro very attractive. As they are charging at a higher side for those features and also this tool doesn't provide offline functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we used multiple tools for our different requirements and tasks, and integrating them all became very tough. But after switching to this tool our life becomes much easier. The user interface provided by this tool is also we find very user-friendly.

Ever since we implemented it, nothing to complain because it has it all.

Quality UC support,mind mapping, architect diagramming, BIM chatting bots among other services.

Miro is quality and versatility in organizable products
What do you like best about the product?
The famous Miro whiteboard, which contains all the necessary tools. It is a network that allows several uses and in which all users can work at the same time. Miroverse in order to get inspired and adapt to the most appropriate ways of doing or thinking. Ability to import or export the operational frameworks, this is an admirable feature and supports us in several areas where it is necessary to present the flow design without stopping it. The main reason was to be able to produce during classes and generate user flows in order to facilitate the work of our marketing team. Often, we have implemented numerous ideas through computer-generated graphics during the brainstorming process, which has led to a sense of digitization with the same effect on efficiency. The arrival of Miró facilitates this process and aids in its completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The power of the tool with respect to design features is likely to be greater. This program is effective in the case where your requirements are elementary, however, if you want to excel in the areas/workmanship, etc., then another program needs to be used. If Miro could do what is in its power, people would be more interested in these tools instead of switching tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a product that can be customized and is designed for the needs of the clients or users, so it can be done by a team or just by one of the members. We use it for the purpose of planning, running workshops and generating users.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has make it easy to track project management and tasks from its dashboard. Integration with Smartsheet has make it possible and only simple setup is needed to make to integration live.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Miro is our daily software that we need for virtual meetings and project management tracking process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro biggest help are with our product design process. All the product design information and design sprint can fit on one Miro canvas, which is infinite.
