Intuitive and Collaborative, But Slows on Large Boards
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mainly for brainstorming and planning projects with my team, and I love how it helps us visually organize ideas and keep everything in one shared space. The intuitive visual workspace and real-time collaboration features make brainstorming, planning, and organizing ideas much easier. I also really enjoy the ready-to-use templates, notes, and the easy drag-and-drop interface, which make my work easy. It helps me see the bigger picture while still managing small details, making planning and strategy sessions much more structured and clear. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the interface felt intuitive right away, with guided templates helping me start my first board without any confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
When boards become very large, they can sometimes feel slower. Performance on very large boards can sometimes slow down, especially when there are many images, connectors, and collaborators working at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually organize ideas, streamline collaboration, and convert discussions into clear action plans, saving time and keeping my team aligned. Its intuitive workspace, real-time collaboration, templates, and easy drag-and-drop interface make planning and strategy sessions structured and clear.

Lack of customization in certain areas such as shapes, colors...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ideal for creating process representations, organizational charts... it surpasses PowerPoint.
Seamless Teamwork and Versatile Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for the easy collaboration of multiple people, which facilitates teamwork on a board. I also like the many templates and the integrated tools like the timer and privacy mode. This makes it particularly valuable for our agile team, which handles many of our formats like retrospectives in Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app doesn't work well, I use the app exclusively in the browser. Remove it, the online version is completely sufficient.

I use Miro to facilitate collaboration of multiple people on a board and for the simple templates for retros.
Intuitive and Effective for Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's sticky notes for completing activities. They are intuitive and help you to put something key and necessary that you are doing. Additionally, they make it easier for others to briefly understand what is being done. Also, the initial setup of Miro was simple without any issues or inconveniences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolldown does not work well and is confusing, as you need to right-click to drag the screen and see what's above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for work planning, communicating key points in each vertical of the area.

It is quite useful for summarizing information, sharing it with clients, and working with them collaboratively when wanting to create or define a process.

Miro is very practical, I really have no negative observation about it to evaluate.

I work in Implementation and Consulting. As a consultant, it is important to help define and build processes hand in hand with the client, and Miro is a perfect tool for this.
Boosts Team Collaboration and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro allows us to zoom in and out with detailed information, which makes it easy to see the overall different diagrams and content we've created. It's really convenient during presentations, as I can scroll to see everything without having to click next or previous like in other tools. I also appreciate how our team can work together on Miro. It's really easy for us to collect information as a team during workshops, share screens, and work together, which boosts our productivity. Miro's templates are also very good, making it nice for us to use, and I find its dashboards incredibly helpful since they let us manage multiple workshops without switching between pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my side, I can see that if you need to create a tabular data, it is not easy, like, compared to other tools. I know there are drag and drop templates present, but while showcasing the tabular data, it's not easy. If Miro can focus more on how the table can be inserted and we can put some sorting or filtering as well, at runtime, with the data or maybe the data which can be linked to any Google search or SharePoint files, then it's really helpful.

Miro provides a single place for managing multiple documents effortlessly, enhancing productivity with workshops and templates. It facilitates easy collaboration and sharing, offering a beautiful presentation platform for end users.
Easy Board Creation for Team Brainstorms and SOP Updates
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use in creating boards and then using them brainstorm with team members, or illustrate changes to SOPs, communications, etc. It was easy to get going with as a new user and I have also found all of the features that I've needed so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating flows of communications with other teams, and using it to brainstorm and work through improvements together.
Effortless Visual Mapping with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use, and I love that the keyboard shortcuts are fast. It allows me to map with clients in real-time during screenshare, which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes after months of mapping, it can get a bit laggy. But not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to create visuals for things that are not visual. It's easy to use, the keyboard shortcuts are quick, and it enables me to map with clients in real-time during a screen share.

It's Rocks with virtual whiteboards for remote collaboration with my Teams.
