A Fun, Tool-Rich Sandbox for Professional Ideas and Easy Manager Communication
What do you like best about the product?
That’s like a big sandbox where you can play with a lot of tools that make the work easier and more enjoyable, while allowing you to express your ideas professionally and communicate them clearly to our manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
That requires polishing a few things, such as the interaction with the diagrams. For example, if you draw one in ‘focus mode’ and then return to the main table, sometimes it seems to erase elements like lines, text, or even shapes. They’re still there, just no longer visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us create a better way to transform our ideas into solutions and plan what we need for each quarter.
Ease and Efficiency with Miro

What I like most about Miro is the ease and simplicity of use. It's very simple to select some objects to make my implementation, flowchart, and architecture simpler, so I can explain this to the client as well. Additionally, the initial setup process was very simple and I was able to create my notes and flowcharts without difficulty.

I believe that the organization of the boards in relation to teams could be improved. This is a point of attention, but it does not hinder my experience with Miro.

Less helpful about Miro is that it can become confusing with large boards. Disadvantages: can appear chaotic with complex projects, requires a stable internet connection, some features are only available in the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members work in different locations and lose track of ideas and tasks. How Miro helps: It allows everyone to make content visible simultaneously, gather ideas, and organize project progress clearly.
Infinite Canvas & Seamless Collaboration for Fast, Structured Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
it makes it easy to brainstorm, map processes, and align stakeholders in real time. The infinite canvas, ready-made templates, and seamless collaboration features help teams quickly convert ideas into structured workflows, especially during workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing versions, controlling access, and keeping boards well-structured over time requires discipline, and without that, navigation can become difficult. Additionally, some advanced features are restricted to higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting for broader team adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of distributed teams struggling to collaborate visually in real time. It provides a shared workspace where ideas, processes, and discussions can be captured and refined collectively, regardless of location. This benefits me by enabling faster alignment during requirement workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder reviews, reducing ambiguity and rework while improving decision-making and overall execution speed.

The Miro AI is a standout feature for me; it significantly speeds up my post-workshop tasks such as summarization and clusterization, which is very helpful and saves time.
