Essential Team Tool with Powerful Integration Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mainly for the spaces and boards to track and complete my tasks within the team efficiently. I also create diagrams and presentations with ease. I really like the integration of various tools and options within the working space. Another great feature is the ability to convert my ongoing work into slides with just a couple of clicks. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and I would rate it a 10 because I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The font options available to create slides with Miro. More options can be added so that I don't need to use a different application for slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to track tasks efficiently within the team, maintain priorities, and be more organized. It integrates tools seamlessly and allows easy conversion of work into slides.
Practical and Fun, Perfect for Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality of Miro and the way to create and edit. I found the initial setup easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the organization part could have some way to align all the blocks in a generic, broad manner, by selecting everything and asking to make the spacings equal and alignments as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map processes and as a reference and training tool to follow processes, both at work and for personal goals.
Efficient Diagramming with Intuitive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's AI features, specifically how it builds things from prompting. It saves me a lot of time when building boards or diagrams. I also find the initial setup pretty easy, and it's helpful for keeping track of changes made to the agenda during events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, even when you have the AI prompting, I think it can be taught better to give better results, like the LLM behind your AI component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a whole perspective on what we need to do using diagrams, which I translate into automations. It saves me a lot of time when building boards or diagrams.
Super Easy Setup, Essential for Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use, uncluttered, and simple. It makes it really easy to open up a Miro board and just start writing, brainstorming, and moving things around without having to get everything perfect. I also appreciate how super easy it was to set up; I was fully set up within a minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really use any of the AI features, so the AI aspects aren't relevant for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organizing my thoughts and ideas, making it easy to teach information on my YouTube channel.
User-Friendly Design Tool with Smooth Performance

What do you dislike about the product?
We should go, some free trial for basic users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is like a wireframe for designing websites or applications before implementation, making it helpful for us.
Perfect Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform and how it's designed. There are tools to find your own style on how you want to express ideas and present thoughts. I really like the diversity of tools which, while not being overwhelming, keep me creative. I'm a fan of the illustration stickers that are available, which make ideas more personable. I also like how you can assign tasks to participants and find information about who shared what idea. It's easy to use the tools, and the look and feel is very pleasant, making it nice to spend time there. It's easy to share when different people work on it together and meet on video chat platforms. The platform itself and the way it's designed and playful is great. Setting up Miro was pretty easy and logging in and creating an account was surprisingly simple and eventless, which is exactly what you wish for when starting something new. So far, even though I only know about 30% of what Miro can do, I find those features amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more accessible to find out who posted an idea in Miro. It's not as straightforward, and having an easy way to see who posted what would be really interesting and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with different agencies and teams in one space, allowing us to share ideas, bring them together, and move forward with the strongest ones.
A canvas for creativity
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool to use. Canvas + your thoughts scattered or structured, It doesn't matter. I have worked this tool into pretty much every workflow that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but some sort of collapsible feature would be nice. Text heavy entry could be condensed down to a single node with id_name. May already exists and I don't even know it. It wouldn't surprise me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its is an easy way for me to take my scattered thoughts and chaotic brainstorming sessions that lived only in my head or in 30tabs and 10 different folders and visually see them. The ability to articulate those scattered thoughts and ideas in a manner that others can better understand is a massive benefit.
Miro Collaboration Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it facilitates seamless collaboration. Seeing comments and changes in real time is a game changer. You can be creative and messy in this software and also organized and documented, depending on how you use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more efficient with templates for presentations, like how InDesign has master pages with repeating titles and smart page numbers. It would be great if you could replace one floor plan link and it would update all of its occurrences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disjointed communication and inaccessibility. Now everyone can jump in from anywhere at whatever time is convenient for them and keep things moving forward.
Excellent product for Process Mapping in real-time
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, it can be utilized for real-time updates in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike. The login process does seem a little clunky. Creating a new board is too easy and if you back out of that you can end up with a lot of "in work" projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running kaizens, process mapping for large implementation
A Flexible Blank Canvas for Organising Ideas Your Way
What do you like best about the product?
It essentially provides a blank canvas that you can simply start to put down all the random ideas you have about a topic or subject and then over time organise it in whatever shape or form. This can be through arrows linking aspects or with Khanboards and more formal structures
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate between projects or activities, especially when I’m involved in multiple ones through the company I work for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responsible for a group that has to focus on multiple technical aspects across a complex project. I prefer the freedom of the environment Miro provides to help create a management and tracking environment of all aspects of my team and what we are responsible for. Sometimes I find task tracking software a bit too siloed and too rigid in their structure. With Miro I can put down all the topics, area and activities we are working on and over time start to interlink and organise them. The inclusion of more formal structures to track progress is very helpful. I also enjoy being able to physically see the extent of activities and topics in front of me.
