What do you like best about the product?
The variety of stuff you can do on miro such as Home work, Notes, lessons and presentations. the customer support is also incredibly helpful. I use miro almost every day for stuff such as notes and work. Miro is also incredibly easy to use as it uses a really simple design which is very easy to understand and use. It is also really good with integration as you can do many things at once on the same slide. Implentation is also very easily done with miro as it is all given to you in forms of different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
personally I havent had any issues with miro yet so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miro is making the app easier to use with more ways to collabrate with people and also have your own whiteboard on the app with a seperate tab which makes it easier to check notes and diagrams whilst in a presentation.

Miro's incredible infinite whiteboard makes knowledge creation possible with remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user to Miro with an international consulting team, and I am amazed at how intuitive it is, how flexible to apply to many different types of work, and easy to use to communicate and collaborate. The infinite space and ability to import knowledge from other files makes it a perfect tool for thinking together and processing information with your team. Love the zoom in - zoom out features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it could post as a Teams file & stored in SharePoint, so it would not need to be found through the Miro document hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge sharing and processing, in an aesthetically pleasing and flexible way. It makes my job less frustrating and more fulfilling to be able to work on and solve a client's problem with our team, and look good doing it.

As a Growth Operations Manager, I love Miro!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a Growth Operations Manager, one of my duties is to work on improving our flows between multiple platforms (CRMs, social media and ads platforms, webinar tools, etc.). Miro allows me to easily create visuals to shape my ideas before putting them into actions. It's also great for collaboration as I can share my Miro boards with my colleagues to explain existing or future flows and they can comment or edit it. I really love the integration with Notion as I can integrate my Miro directly into Notion pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything to be honest!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preview future flows between multiple platforms, create visuals to explain current flows to stakeholders, ...

I love using Miro to organize and collaborate on ideas on a canvas

  • January 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Miro canvas is plentiful. You can add many different bodies of work over time, and reference them when neededed. There is no need to create multiple boards if you can just use one board for various project collaboration sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation on the canvas can get challenging some times. Between zooming in and out, and navigating up/down and side-to-side, it can get quite confusing some of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An environment to organize unstructured thoughts and data in a flexible environment.

MIRO is an incredibly powerful collaborative tool!

  • January 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
MIRO is intuitive, user friendly, and facilitates incredible collaboration for remote working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting options could be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role in improvement, which is largely remote in nature, MIRO enables efficient and effective collaboration in a way that is better than other similar products. It's intuitive to use, which is important when using it with colleagues who are not already familiar with its use. It has all the features you would expect from such a tool, including comments, sharing, etc.

The best app in market for mindmapping

  • January 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro since a couple of years and I can definitely say it's the best tool on the market for complex mindmaps, as it lets you re-scale the map without any loss and maintaining proportions. I compared it to all the available tools on the market and was the winner, thanks Miro team for doing such an amazing job on this product. It's also one of the most intuitive products and the best of all, is that you can translate an entire board and expand your mindmaps with the help of the new AI features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to my mind. Some years ago it went slow for huge boards, but meybe that was already solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as my go-to tool when talking about online whiteboards, and I can say I'm a whiteboard lover, I think it's the best way for collaborating in remote work. I have different Product Management tools, listed as a backup file, but at some point of the past I used it with the team I was working with, as the company has the license. If I had to choose, I would go definitely with Miro but it's true that Figma has a lot of negotiation power now that they have Figjam, that is also pretty good and I would assume it's cheaper than Miro if you buy the pack + Figjam.

On my personal life I also use it for complex mindmaps, and I¡m really happy to say it's the only tool on the market that helped me doing what I needed.

Facilitate Collaboration with Intuitive User Experience

  • January 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is an intuitive tool that facilitates real-time remote collaboration, even in video calls. I rely heavily on the use of sticky notes, arrows, emojis, and diagrams, which makes work more efficient and organized. Additionally, I enjoy its integration with Notion, allowing me to paste Miro links and keep them organized. I appreciate that Miro is easy to learn for people of different ages and technological skills. I totally recommend Miro because I consider it an essential tool for any team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limit of 3 boards available in Miro, as this forces me to create a new Miro account for each project with a client. I also find that the price of licenses for individual users and for working collaboratively with clients can be quite high, especially when I have to pay for the freelancers' licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with people remotely, solving the problem of working together in a single space during video calls. It's like a virtual whiteboard, intuitive for writing and sticking notes, facilitating real-time collaboration.

Best and most complete whiteboard software available

  • January 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
More complete than most competitors. Seamless integration with other software and tools. Visually more pleasing and cleaner than some competitors. Feels faster than some competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to share boards with people who are not in your team, but that's actually a feature and it's up to the single company to decide their policies in terms of sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place and being able to link things. It makes it really easy to organize projects and thoughts and plan actions, having everything under control in one glance.
