What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for quick brainstorming, visualizing ideas, and collaborating with my team in real time. I like its easy-to-use interface and real-time collaboration, which make it simpler to turn ideas into clear visuals and work together smoothly, even with remote teams. The easy-to-use interface lets me quickly create and update boards without spending time learning the tool. Real-time collaboration helps everyone share ideas instantly, stay aligned, and make decisions faster, which makes teamwork more efficient and productive. Miro fits well into our existing workflow alongside tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack. We switched to Miro because it offers better collaboration, flexibility, and real-time teamwork in one place. The initial setup was very easy, and my team was able to get started quickly with minimal onboarding. Most features were intuitive from the beginning. I'd definitely recommend Miro for its ease of use, strong collaboration features, and flexibility for teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can feel a bit cluttered when there's a lot of content, and performance can slow down on very large boards. Better organization options and smoother performance in those cases would be a nice improvement.

Miro helps me organize ideas visually, collaborate smoothly with my team, and avoid confusion during discussions. It makes planning and sharing thoughts faster and clearer, especially when working remotely.
Improved remote retrospectives have felt limited while collaborative whiteboards have transformed workshops
What is our primary use case?
The major reason why we use Miro Business - Enterprise is due to its capabilities where we can discuss and brainstorm ideas, such as the whiteboard feature, which gives us an unlimited canvas where we can brainstorm ideas and see who is doing what at any point in time. Additionally, there are multiple dashboards which give us good visibility of a project that is currently in progress, and they also provide us with very good visibility over the tasks and the results that will be delivered. This is the major use case why we use Miro Business - Enterprise.
We use these whiteboards for both meetings as well as for presentations, for project details, and everything because these are some really good features. As we work remotely in our organization, mostly people are not available in the offices, and the whiteboards in Miro Business - Enterprise is a feature which is helping us as a lifesaver. It is helping us in the project management and delivery aspects and has simplified the ideas over this feature, increased the team collaborations by 70 to 80%, and saved our time and resources.
What is most valuable?
There are multiple features which Miro Business - Enterprise is providing us, but I will tell you some of my favorite features to use. The first feature I love is the Infinite Canvas feature, which is my personal favorite. Second is that it is providing us the SSO, which is Single Sign-On feature, which allows us to log in directly via our internal tools, which we use. We basically use Auth0 in our organization, and it integrates really well. It is giving us a seamless sign-on to the team, which helps us save 40 to 50% of time on signing up into the organization after they log in. Apart from that, I feel that Miro Business - Enterprise is a good and communicable software where the AI features and template library are very advanced. Additionally, there are AI-powered tools for brainstorming and cluster ideating, which is a game changer for our organization. This is how it has an edge over other products which can be in the industry.
Miro Business - Enterprise is 100% secure, as it comes with 256 AES encryption which ensures that the data shared inside the organization stays within the organization. It also makes sure that it follows the GDPR compliance and is HIPAA compliant as well, which is a great thing because in our organization we discuss a lot of data which is confidential and requires a lot of integrations that should be secure. If this kind of data leaks, it's a big problem and challenge for the business. Security is the priority of our business, and that's why we have chosen Miro Business - Enterprise, because they provide a secure platform where we can brainstorm and share ideas and data which our organization has. The security part is really strong, along with the integrations.
What needs improvement?
Miro Business - Enterprise is doing really great and does not need any specific change. However, if you want me to suggest something, then I see that the AI capabilities are increasing day by day, so they can add some AI capabilities in retrospectives. That is something they can add, which will make the retrospectives of the organization more communicable and interesting because retrospectives are often boring. This is my prescribed improvement they can make.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have been using Miro Business - Enterprise in our organization for the last three and a half years, and it has been a really good solution for our needs.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Miro Business - Enterprise is 100% a stable solution and does not give any kind of glitches or downtime to the organization. So far, we have been using it for the last three and a half years and I have not seen a single instance of downtime.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of Miro Business - Enterprise is really good and scalability is not a concern. We can add as many users as we want at a time. However, if there are a large number of users on the whiteboards, then it might be a challenge. Otherwise, there is no problem with it.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is a 10 for me. We had a word with them about six months back and they resolved the problem quickly within 30 to 40 minutes. It was a really good customer support solution from their side.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We were not using another solution previously.
How was the initial setup?
The deployment of Miro Business - Enterprise is really straightforward and does not need any complex problem-solving. It is very straightforward software for the organization and was deployed within a couple of hours.
What about the implementation team?
Configuration was really easy and straightforward and we did not face any challenge in configuration. Our technical teams figured out how to get it configured, and the Miro Business - Enterprise team was also there, which helped them to get the thing done. It was all completed within a span of five hours. The integrations of Miro Business - Enterprise are really strong and it integrates really well with the security solutions, whether it's security solutions, reporting solutions, or inter-platform solutions. Integrations is a 10 on 10 from my side.
What was our ROI?
Miro Business - Enterprise has helped us to have a more collaborative way in the organization as it has increased our organizational collaboration by 50 to 60% by giving us a room for brainstorming and ideas over a board, over a whiteboard. That is the first ROI which we have seen. Apart from that, we have seen a good facilitation and fostering of a collaborative environment where the cost has decreased for those facilitations as compared to other solutions. We got Miro Business - Enterprise from the AWS Marketplace and received a very nice cost with a 38% discount, so cost is not an issue and cost is on point. The scalability of the solution is really good and we have seen that the up- and down-scaling is also good. Project delivery has been positively impacted due to better collaboration and better visibility of boards, due to which we have increased the projectability by 68% and the deliverability by 70 to 78%.
All this data which I am sharing is formal data which has been tracked by the business and the data analytics teams. They share with us a quarterly report showing us how much we saved in terms of money, time, and resources by implementing the solution. This is internal data from our business team that I have just shared with you.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Procurement was easy for our organization and we did not face any challenge so far, so procurement is also really good.
Metering and billing experience was very transparent as we got the solution from the AWS Marketplace, which was the great thing first of all. We have got a good discount and the metering and billing experience is basically that we are paying them on an annual basis. It's an annual contract with the AWS Marketplace, so metering and billing experience have had no issues so far.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We have evaluated some solutions such as Mural, ClickUp, Lucidchart, and FigJam, which are some alternatives we have considered. But after thorough consideration, we have gone ahead with Miro Business - Enterprise.

Anyone who is looking for a dedicated solution for the organization for brainstorming, collaboration, and retrospectives should definitely consider Miro Business - Enterprise. I am giving this review a rating of 4.

Empowers Remote Teams with Flexibility but Needs Better Documentation Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro is designed with a strong focus on being product-driven and design-driven, which works great for our product and design teams. The abundance of templates available is fantastic because they’ve been tried and tested by other professionals, so we don’t have to start from scratch for each project. These templates have been a lifesaver. On top of that, the new features like voting systems, timers, and background music have made managing sessions much smoother. They just make everything a bit more seamless and dynamic, especially for remote collaboration with our hybrid team. We can do online sessions that mimic in-person settings thanks to these tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue with Miro is that every time I need to do a session, once I have to document it or, like, analyze it, it's difficult. For example, we work everything in Jira and Confluence, and it's difficult to document in Miro. All information is spread out, and I need to take time after a session is finished to read the post-its and all the elements on the dashboard to put it on a document in Confluence. It takes time, and there's no easy integration or AI tools to help write a report easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro centralizes our remote collaboration, especially since our hybrid team's developers are in Ukraine. It's super flexible, accommodating any framework or approach we need for strategic sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro gives me the opportunity to create a big picture of my thoughts. I also appreciate that I can zoom my thoughts, creating different points of view on this same page. This flexibility makes using Miro quite comfortable for me.

I like Miro's ability to provide a macro view of everything in just a second. It allows me to quickly understand where I'm at at any point of time, unlike regular project management tools where everything is siloed or buried in links. You guys have come up with way too many templates and it's quite difficult to discover. I get that you want to help people who don't know where to start, but maybe you need to organize it better because I never check them out - its too overwhelming

As a product marketer, it helps bring in the visuals, the ability to comment and collaborate, still make text edits, I can actually use it to "edit" screenshots. I wish I could export some of these images (one by one, not a whole frame) so I can add it back where I need to
