Excellent tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has completely transformed the way our team collaborates remotely. The variety of tools, such as sticky notes, flowcharts, and mind maps, makes brainstorming seamless and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro currently requires an active internet connection to function effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to diagram new flows and journeys, allowing remote collaboration of several at the same time.

Multiple people can use it at same time and the software still works smooth and doesnt hang.

soemtmes in a huge board if you have small item, it become hard to navigate

Easy to track the inputs from people. Even the notes from physical meeting can be easily transfered to Miro via photos

Pleasantly surprised with features
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it created a 'preview card' for links that were posted on the board. It showed an image, title and other information from the link.
I also liked the 'talkback' (or something like it) feature. A more advanced user recorded a message and I thought it was great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something that caught my attention it was how as we progressively worked on our board, the 'scale' of the elements seemed to get bigger and bigger – while I understand this wasn't a defect from the software I wish there was something to 'enforce' or recommend working at 100% zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped our group to work asynchronously when most of us where not in the same physical location or timezone.

This software has been a game-changer for me over the past four years.
As a Service Designer, I need to create and communicate effectively, and Miro is the ultimate playground for creation. It’s the best tool for UX design briefs, process design, and mapping any user experience or company strategy. The versatility of Miro allows you to visually design these concepts in countless ways.
If you have an idea in mind, you can project it, draw it, and communicate it clearly to the client. It’s also an excellent platform for seamless collaboration with both the project team and the client. Workshops or even constructive meetings for collective decision-making become a pleasure to facilitate in Miro.

There are a few small details in some tools that could be improved. Also the graphic tools and the overall visual quality. Enhancing these aspects would make the outputs created in Miro more visually appealing and polished, allowing them to be presented directly as final client deliverables.

It allows me to do everything in one place, avoiding the need to switch between Keynote, Illustrator, Excel, Figma, and other tools. With an unlimited whiteboard, I’m free to test and explore different ways of expressing an idea.
It’s also incredibly easy to collaborate, making meetings more productive by enabling live edits and real-time adjustments to my work.

Great application for all kind of planning
What do you like best about the product?
To manage tasks and correlate them with all kinds of data, and to brainstorm. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No text search on images. No option to attach files to Card Details. No personalized reminders for boards etc. when presenting and opening "Card Details" the viewers can not see the Card Details.

1) Ease of Use - It's very easy to learn how to use Miro from a beginner can start making diagrams
2) Collaboration - collaboration functions work very well on Miro. I love how we can all be there at the same time and do meetings, facilitation, etc...
3) Templates - I like how Miro has so many templates based on what you want to do. I don't need to reinvent the wheel on it. I also like how people can contribute to it.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Switching from the hand to the arrow, I know there is a keyboard shortcut, but I sometimes forget.
2) sometimes it's hard to find boards between different departments (may be the way my org is organized)
3) Sizing in Miro seems to go infinite, but font size has a max of 200 something so adding new items has very small font
4) on the same topic as sizing, it can go infinitely large, but the connectors for the frames, the lines have a max and can look very thin when the sizing is large

Fantastic for Collaboration, Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro primarily for user research planning and workshops because it facilitates collaboration among multiple stakeholders. Its flexibility makes it preferable over tools like Google Draw, and it offers many useful features such as iframe embeds, bulk note-taking, and a new slide deck creator. The Miroverse and forums have been invaluable resources. I appreciate its ability to ease remote workshops and collaborations, serving as an effective communication tool. The ease of collaboration and quick documentation capabilities are compelling aspects of Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced challenges with understanding the limits and capabilities of Miro, particularly around sizing and dimensions. Initially, there were issues with glitching boards that resulted in lost work, necessitating the start of new projects. The tool was quite buggy in the beginning. Additionally, the bulk resizing feature has limitations, as the text doesn't seem to adjust in size accordingly. I would also prefer a more dynamic resizing ability, a feature to set board and text sizes, and clearer, customizable tool or setting side panels.

I find Miro facilitates remote workshops and collaborations, serving as an effective communication tool. It offers ease of collaboration and quick documentation abilities, crucial for user research planning and involving multiple stakeholders.
Good alternative to Office OneNote

You can upload via url and from saved files on your computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes, and when you upload stuff it just shows one slide and you have to extract them.

Great Tool For Product Development Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative nature of Mira is hugely beneficial for brainstorming sessions, risk analysis, ideation, and many other processes that are part of our new product development process. The interface has proven to be easy to understand and we rarley have issues getting a new user up and running within a few minutes. It has made the above mentioned meetings and others so much more effective in a time when so many of our team members are working remotely.
I also find the myriad of templates incredibly helpful and useful for getting started.

What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more ability to export to other formats. e.g. post-its to Excel. Better integration with SharePoint would also be very beneficial to my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many people working remotely, Miro provides a way for all meeting attendees to actively participate. Without a real-time, collaborative workspace, many tema members tend to just sit and watch a screen share or do other, unrelated work. With Miro's real-time interface, it fosters more active participation since there is no lag and users have no excuse to not participate.
