Amazing Experience With Miro!!
What do you like best about the product?
For starters, its easy to use and a very good alternative to draw.io and other sites. For a long time I was stuck with draw.io, but as my org was using miro extensively for internal usage, thought I would check it out and I loved it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the UI could be imrpoved to be more attractive and funky. Kinda looks like some old site tho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to collaborate better with teams.
Great experience with a lot of flexibilities but some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
AI integration is the best. I really like using the stacking option. It could be better but still, with today's technology it is the best.
Also I like the frames feature. It gives structure to my boards. It also helps in presentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tables are not intuitive, and uploading videos are not possible. I use miro to document user journeys and sometimes I need to put screen recordings to indicate better but miro does not help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of hybrid brainstorming. Some of our colleagues work in other countries than the majority. This results in a reduction in collaboration. With miro, we overcome this in a good way.
Digital real-time collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to easily create concepts and brainstorm across a multidisciplinary team. It is a very user frieldly software to use with intuitive applications enabling a fast onboarding in its functionalities and integration with other applications such as JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it is not easy to find a board especially if you work on multiple concepts and projects. I would probably appreciate a hastag option to facilitate the filtering and search.

My unstructured way of thinking
Invaluable tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and ease of use of miro. I have not found a comparable whiteboarding tool for remote teams. It is a product I use almost daily and I rarely find myself thinking "if only I could .... on mirro" or needing to review help documentation or ask chatGBT how to do the thing I am trying to do. In my mind, that is the mark of an intuitive product.
At a prior company, we had mirro and then discontinued the subscription to save money. We tried figjam and the confluence whiteboard beta product as replacements and I was regularly frustrated trying to complete work that would have been straightforward on miro.
My team also uses the jira integration. It has made sprint planning and I vastly prefer making changes in miro compared to jira.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much functionality in miro, that it has been a learning curve of understanding how to best utilize it.
The selection of templates is great, but can be a bit overwhelming and time consuming to find something that works for what I am looking for.
The selection of templates is great, but can be a bit overwhelming and time consuming to find something that works for what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote company, we can't gather around a whiteboard for many use cases that would benefit for that. Miro is the solution to that. It also has the flexibilty of folks being able to work on the same space asyncronously and then existing as an artifact.
Use Miro for more collaboration and engagement with your audience
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its ability to transform online collaboration into a smooth and interactive experience. The platform offers incredible flexibility for organizing ideas with its multiple tools like sticky notes, diagrams, and mind maps, which facilitates the structuring of complex projects. Its intuitive interface allows the entire team to contribute in real-time, even remotely, creating a very productive and engaging work dynamic. Additionally, the integration with other tools like Jira and Trello makes it a valuable ally for effectively managing projects. I also like the new features that frequently integrate into the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Miro is that the platform can sometimes become a bit cluttered when the board contains too many elements or when several users are working on it simultaneously. I wish I had the ability to organize my boards with shortcuts or menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates collaboration, instant traceability, and the ability to leverage it using the export feature as well as the link with Jira.
A great place for mapping out visually how I think
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps me map out visually how I think and what is going on in my mind. When I write down "brain dump" notes on Miro I am able to visually connect the ideas easier and it is also just a nice format to have it all on one board rather than a linear piece of paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of different tools and ideating processes there are, I have no idea on how to use them all. I wish I could use them, I have watched the videos on how to use them, I think that they would improve my own processes. But the barrier to entry is high and overwhelm is present. Perhaps if that could be simplified better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just helps me visually map out ideas, create roadmaps, and timeframes easier. Strategizing for the most part.
It creates an easy way to collaborate with colleagues and visually share ideas with one another.
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom you have when thinking about how to express yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are too many things on one board there tends to be a lag.
