First of its kind collab space for common sharing

  • January 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Real time collab. Familiar elements like sticky notes. Ability to draw real time. Able to invite people to see your work. Able tomove things around. Ability to add text and objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mouse commands are unpredictable. The center mouse button behaves contextually in strange ways. The ability to drop images in is hard to scale. The font sizes are meaningless and has no relevance to paper documents. The actual storage and deletion of boards is a mystery. The free plan evaporates when you try to experiment with deleting boards and trying again. Cut and paste is not intuitive to WIndows users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on a white board. Helps reduce the effort of inviting people without whiteboard skills.

A great way to collaborate and co-produce work!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro on a daily basis, as I create project plans, mood boards as well as deliver collaborative workshops through it. The freedom it gives me as a creative facilitator to bring creativity into the digital space is amazing and I also love how collaborative and intuitive it is. It is easily explained to people, even those who may not have a lot of experience of digital tools. It's also easily integrated into your workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is really high unfortunately, for charities it's a really invaluable tool but too expensive unfortunately. I actually don't have anything bad to say about it apart from the cost! I find the post-its slightly annoying sometimes, I wish there was a keyboard control for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital engagement is an important part of my work and Miro allows the freedom to create engaging sessions that are visual and interactive.

Best brainstorming toll i've ever used

  • January 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro.com is an absolute must-have for teams and individuals looking to enhance their productivity and collaboration. It combines individuality, powerful collaboration features, and impressive presentation tools all in one platform. If you're looking for a tool that revolutionizes creative work and teamwork, this is the perfect choice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I give it my full recommendation!
What do you dislike about the product?
My main criticism of Miro.com would be its performance with very large or complex boards. When a board is filled with many elements, images, or embedded files, the platform can sometimes respond more slowly, especially on older devices or with a weaker internet connection. This can lead to frustration during meetings where time and efficiency are crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chaotic idea generation: I bring structure to complex brainstorming and mind-mapping processes.
Difficult team coordination: I eliminate communication barriers and enable real-time collaboration, no matter where team members are located.
Unclear customer processes: I visualize the customer journey to identify weaknesses and improve processes effectively.
Static presentations: I replace rigid slide decks with interactive and visually engaging presentations.

We use Miro at University

  • January 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its really very intuitive to use and the tools work okay. uploading stuff is super easy. Its nice that everyone can share their progress on the same platform. for our art projects its very helpful. we use it weekly. everyone has their own space they can use and make their own but its all still on one webpage.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the tools dont work so great in my opinion. maybe i have to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With miro, we dont have to wait for everyone to capture + upload progress, its all already there. we can create our mind maps, vision boards there seperately and then check them out as a team hopping from board to borad, its very fast and helpful.

Miro valuable forproduct management work

  • January 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great all purpose tool in my day-to-day work. I use it for user story mapping, collecting research, roadmapping and as a scratch pad when I need to gather research and ideas in a centralized place. It's very easy to drop in screenshots, notes, and links. The flexibility is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not so keen on how it handles previewing links for some types of websites. I also think the Jira integration could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to gather notes and ideas in a centralized place where I can easily collaborate with my colleagues. This is especially useful because we have hybrid work setup so physical whiteboards are not great when you have meetings with a mix of people that are in person and remote.

Great concept and useful tool

  • January 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely love how it works, the collaborative nature of it and how easy it is to manipulate and make your own
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its a bit tough to get used to the interface and i think there should be more graphic design options for the boards in terms of text or layout. Also the paste function deleting the last thing you pasted is annoying and has lead me to trouble at work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mind mapping in a place where I can store links and ideas to refer back to

Excelent solution, improving constantly

  • January 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and makes collaboration seamless, even for those who are not very tech-savvy. Setting up boards, adding elements, and organizing ideas is straightforward, which saves time and helps keep the team focused on the project. Additionally, the templates available are a great starting point, making it quick to adapt the tool to different workflows. Miro truly simplifies teamwork and creativity!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming when working on very large boards with multiple collaborators. As the content grows, navigating through the board and maintaining organization becomes a bit challenging. Additionally, performance can occasionally lag when there are too many elements or users working simultaneously, which can disrupt the workflow. While these issues don’t happen often, they can be frustrating during critical moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects in a centralized space, no matter where we are located. The ability to visually map out ideas and workflows helps improve understanding and alignment within the team. Additionally, it reduces the need for endless email threads and meetings, saving us time and increasing productivity. Overall, Miro makes our work more efficient and collaborative.
