Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes creating and collaborating on flowcharts easy. Its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, real-time editing with my team make it a great tool for visualizing ideas together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fine-tuning visuals can be challenging. Some figures and shapes can be tricky to manipulate precisely, and achieving a polished, professional look can take more time than expected.

When I need to make activities with other users (non designers) , it is perfecto to create workshops and generate new ideas with multiple people.
This is a better service for manage dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create new cards and tag them, so I use them for programming tasks at my company. It is also super easy to use. I have tried several competing options but they were all difficult or crashed. But Miro works well. It's easy to implement projects because you can create multiple dashboards for each project and you can use them with your team, your friends and more.
I currently use it in all my personal and company projects.I haven't needed customer service so far which has been a plus.I even noticed that you can use multiple apps, which makes integration faster!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to keep zooming while holding ctrl, it would be interesting to just use the scroll, I've never tested Miro support, but I didn't easily find a button
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so hard to manage programming projects mentally because it has so many functions, with Miro I can just create several cards and divide them between to do, production and completed.
Great for Collaboration, but Could Be Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, great for teamwork, and the templates make things really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow with large boards, and I wish there was a better offline mode
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes remote teamwork easy by keeping everything in one place. It helps with brainstorming, planning, and staying organized, so my team works better together.
Miro is a visual representation of my brain!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for organizing information related to a project. Screenshots, links, flow diagrams, competitve details, timelines - everything goes into a GIANT Miro board where I can easily find what I need and efficiently share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
At my last job we had a limited group of people that needed to actually collaborate and add to Miro project boards, and a lot of people who just needed read access. What I absolutely hated was how Miro would allow people to join the team, and automatically add them as an additional licensee - thereby increasing the subscription each time. I would constantly have to remove them so we wouldn't get billed. I wasn't able to turn this feature off (although I didn't spend too much time trying). IIRC, my solution was to share the board link and grant viewer only access. However other teammates were not always as careful when they shared boards, causing the invitees to get added to my license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a very visual person and prefer to have complex projects documented visually. While a traditional document is often the final output for a project, Miro makes it very easy to organize everything leading up to that deliverable.

A simple and effective way of building customer journeys and enabling collaborative working on these journeys.
More than diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and fast, and there are lots of plugins and widgets. You can even use it as a mini project management tool. Its just an all aound multi tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, works as it should. If I'm being nit picky, I probably spend too much time resize things because you can easily be too zoomed in or out and not relaize it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing journeys visually. Collaborating on a platform that can tie togther spreasheets, forms, diagrams. he collaboration features like @mentions are pretty helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some improvements could be made to more precise editing, like applying different font sizes to text within the same text frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We are using it for creative direction-focused work, where we need to gather collections of images and text in one place, and categorise them based on themes or ideas.
- It saves us a lot of time in the early stages as we don't have to create pristine documents in InDesign, and can work quickly and fluidly in a less restrictive space.
- It makes it very easy for everyone in the team to keep up to date with the latest versions of the work.

As a startup, we've found Miro to be an indispensable tool. It has helped us clarify and organize so many things, from business and product roadmaps to interviews, designs, and architectures. The ability to collaborate in real-time with our team, regardless of location, has been a game-changer. We've also been impressed with Miro's versatility. We've used it for brainstorming sessions, customer journey mapping, and even creating interactive presentations. The possibilities seem endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile Experience: The mobile app, while functional, is not as intuitive or feature-rich as the desktop version. This can be limiting for our team members who are often on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual Organization: Miro's infinite canvas allows us to visualize and organize our thoughts, ideas, and plans in a flexible and engaging way. We use it to create product roadmaps, user journey maps, and much more, which helps us see the bigger picture and identify connections between different elements.
