What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps my team communicate faster, better and get on the same page. I think one of the best thing about Miro is the design to let me visualize idea in a scrappy way without feeling bad. It's like a upgrade version of whiteboard with a lot of feature that can visualize, summariz finding at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem when using different text size and style, I think given different font size is good, but if it simplify to be like heading, normal text, small text something like this probably help me to speed up the process, also make sure the whiteboard has the same guideline for everyone on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring team to collaborated together, this help everyone be on the same page and able access it right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides the infinite space for creativity, the sheer number of features, the mobile and tablet apps mean that you will never be without the toolkit. I like it for it's visual appeal and just the fluid manner in which it can be used to dissect and collaborate with other contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, it doesn't have a command line version ie text to shapes and layouts. This would be the next level up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem dissection, solution presentation.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Puts our team in sync!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Biggest upside is visualization and capacity to map activities - helps in seeing the forest when we're all stuck in our own trees. I love that a a single board can also have multiple different styles of visualization to help link, for example, a theory of change with a calendar with a list of questions for the team to revisit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it if it were easier to replicate multiple items in multiple work streams. I feel I need to manually duplicate 5-6 items individually and drag them individually to a new place too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager - it helps me see where my team is and provides a record of what is consistently falling through the cracks and being deprioritized, enabling us to identify where we need to make adjustments in the project plan.

I love the diversity of the tools offered as well as the models provided, which are often inspiring and match what we need. It's a very easy-to-use tool that can be useful in many contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The proposed models are sometimes not very relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can represent ideas or processes that I have in mind in a way that my interlocutor can understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in visual management. It is super easy to use. I use it for most of my team work and brainstorming
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of many issues. I wish the AI could be applied in every piece in Miro, in some parts it still needs to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Way to look at the same stuff and to brainstorm a way forward

Review of Miro

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro helps to have hybrid work and to have shared working space with team members who are located in different geographical places. Another beneficial feature is updating and changing stuff in Miro in real-time.

Integration with other apps gives smooth user experience and create kind of addiction to this platform.

I also like templates and tools provided by Miro for brainstorming to project managment.

I experience interface is a user-friendly which is another big plus. I find tools I need very intuitevely and navigating across tools in Miro is very convenient.

I always had difficulties with able to visualizing ideas and find Miro as a good support for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the pricing model can be a bit steep for smaller teams. The cost was a barrier for me when I was managing project on my previous work and could not afford to buy Miro because of the limited budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After COVID we started to work remotely and hybrid is a new reality for many organisation and companies. We use it as a additional support in bulding our projects over countries.

I am not working as project manager any more, but could se from talking with my manager that Miro still pays a crutial role in providing a certain level of control over project implementation

Great Visual Planning/Collaboration Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for collaboration, brainstorming, and visual planning. I love the wide variety of templates and the flexibility of the freeform design options, which make it easy to get my thoughts and plans down in a visually appealing way. The collaboration features are top-notch, allowing teams to work together seamlessly in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve experienced is with the iPadOS app—it doesn’t support the squeeze feature of the Apple Pencil Pro, which limits some creative flexibility. Despite this minor issue, Miro remains a powerful and versatile tool that I would highly recommend for both individual and team projects!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to have a simple-to-use, pretty-to-look-at collaboration tool that you can use across a variety of platforms (desktop app, website, mobile app)

Effortless Collaboration with Long-term Accessibility

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my Miro board is saved, so when I log in even after a few months or a year, I can still see my past work. It keeps a record of everything I've done, making it interesting. This feature is great because if I'm working on a new design, I can refer back to my previous work and take some ideas from it, which helps to make my work more swift.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I feel is lacking is Miro could have a text prompt or an AI prompt wherein you could just give a prompt and Miro would make the wireframes for you. You don't have to specifically or manually drag and drop the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to easily create and share wireframes with my design team. Miro simplifies workflow creation and sharing across stakeholders. Its templates and drag-and-drop features make designing convenient, and I can store and refer to past work, helping speed up new projects.
