What do you like best about the product?
I found it really helpful, both personally and professionally, for becoming more productive by planning the actions I need to take. I like that I can organize my work in different ways, with options such as table format, slide format, and image format, and there are plenty of other choices as well. The AI option can also be implemented in Miro, which makes it even more useful. I’m loving it a lot.

Great tool for collaboration in Software Engineering

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think Miro has a great set of tools for collaboration between a diverse range of teams, from engineering to design. You are able to build interface mocks, cooperate in real time with your team mates(and see where their cursor are!!), create simple to complex diagrams to better visualize flows, and of course, it's super easy to find things and integrate with other tools like Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know but when diagramming, primarily for software engineering(drafting some database structure, fields, tables etc...), I don't feel very comfortable with Miro, I need always to work a little bit more to make things more pleasurable to be read and presented for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today, I most use Miro for building documentation diagrams about our micro-services and architecture, and it works pretty well for us.

Visual and Efficient Organization with Miro

  • February 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much you can organize things in Miro, literally on a board, and you can arrange everything to your liking with the colors you want. It looks very aesthetic and, when integrating new people into the team, it is very eye-catching for them. Unlike reading a boring document, it is much more visual for organizing things, organizational charts, and such. Additionally, it's free, which is a notable advantage. I like it more than Notion because it's more visual for organizing documents and information. The initial setup is very comfortable and I always recommend it to people, I would give it a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize myself and have clear ideas. I like that I can organize everything on a board in an aesthetic way, which is ideal when integrating new people into the team because it is more visually appealing than a document.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for collaborating on different projects and mood board creation with my clients. It makes it easier to organize feedback and revisions with clients. I really like that it has an easy-to-use interface, and it's easy to onboard and start learning how to use it. The setup was very easy and intuitive, and I didn't need to learn how to use it outside of it. The comments feature is very valuable to me because my clients or team can leave comments on different projects, and I can see their feedback in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lost in the endless board and would love to have an easy way to jump between sections in my board.

Best Digital Whiteboard for Creative Collaboration

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for walking people through sprints, brainstorms, and opportunity solution trees, and even for personal brainstorms. It's helpful for any thinking or collaborative ideation when I don't have a physical whiteboard. I love that we often translate results into Miro for a permanent version of our work. Miro helps me think through things quickly and in an automated way, and it supports working across digital and remote teams to provide a similar experience to being around a physical whiteboard. I love the templates it offers, which are great for product work and make getting started easy. It looks nice and sparks creativity. Miro is the best whiteboarding tool I've used, with a user-friendly experience that's simple to learn and use. It's honestly delightful to work with, especially when collaborating with stakeholders. I appreciate the ability to organize, tag people, and brainstorm, both asynchronously and during meetings. The creative setup options and versatile tools like the sticky stack make brainstorming easier. I like the voting system for ideas and the ease of creating workflows to visualize processes, which is very helpful in product work. Overall, Miro's ease of setup is extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I do have concerns as they continue to add features that it will become too complex to use and they'll lose some of their usability. Like, for instance, they did an update with the toolbar where it took away their most common tools, and I had to go remove ones that I wasn't gonna use and add back the other one. So it was fixable, but I just think they should really make sure they maintain the ease of use as they add features and stick to what they're really good at instead of trying to do everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate sprints, brainstorms, and collaborate remotely. It helps me think quickly and organize ideas digitally, providing a similar experience to a physical whiteboard. I enjoy its templates and creative tools, which spark creativity and enhance product work.

I like that Miro has tools dedicated to the creation of diagrams and dynamic whiteboards. It contains artificial intelligence and dedicated shapes that make it easy to create schemes. Additionally, the initial setup was excellent, very easy to use.

Miro is very limited in graphics. I would like it to add icons, for example from Flaticon, more customization options in shapes, more boards, the option to customize the sheet size, and the ability to export in vectors.

I use Miro to create intelligent mind maps. It has tools dedicated to the creation of diagrams and dynamic whiteboards, features Artificial Intelligence, and dedicated shapes that facilitate the creation of schemes.
