What do you like best about the product?
The integration with websites, images and pdf integration into boards. The live collaboration feature has been great in prepping presentations
What do you dislike about the product?
Making graphics is somewhat limited. Would like to prepare presentations in Miro only if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create with AI and mindmap have been great features for organizing thoughts. Would be good to edit texts for clarity/summarize different thoughts and sort by the relevance to each other.

Best Online Whiteboarding Tool Ever!

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so fantastic for real-time, online collaboration. It's amazing for in-person teams, hybrid teams, or fully remote teams--everyone can contribute thoughts, ideas, designs, and so much more all on one condensed space. I use Miro daily (multiple times) and it is incredibly user friendly and can be used for countless different reasons (brainstorming, prioritization, design, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish my company would allow us to use the Miro AI feature! I've seen teasers of it at Miro events and it looks so cool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a huge help to me when I facilitate workshops and meetings. It brings a whole new level to icebreakers, it keeps teams aligned and on-track through the simple use of frames, and it allows everyone to contribute and collaborate in real-time even when we're not necessarily co-located. As a visual learner, Miro mapping and diagramming is essential to brainstorm and create MVPs of products and tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed in which one can start a white board session and the support that is tries to provide via community created templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Its sometimes difficult to share/extract the content of what was discussed during workshops. Miro has got many features trying to address this but I'd say it remains a challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To quickly and simply create a visual to assist with complex system discussions
To create collaboration input sessions

Visualise the universe (or is the Miroverse?)

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There's loads of little things about Miro that make it indispensable for my day to day work. Lately though the nifty AI features have been impressing me to end. I love that I can focus on the ideation and brainstorming part of my discovery and then click a button for Miro to help synthesise the first draft of my document, which most of the times becomes the final draft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does tend to hog a bunch of memory and cpu when there's a lot of content on the board or when am collaborating woth my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the time taken to visualise the problem area and proposed solution.

Excellent tool for collaborative work

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels in facilitating real-time collaboration. Its intuitive interface and extensive range of templates make it easy to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects with team members, regardless of their location.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Miro is that it can be resource-intensive, sometimes causing slower performance on less powerful devices. Additionally, while the range of features is impressive, it can be overwhelming for new users to navigate and fully utilize all the available tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be a place where I can just dump all my research

I am a true Miro lover

What do you like best about the product?
I work with Miro everyday. My work has been improved since I have started using Miro, because I do a lot of creative work. Miro makes it possible to do a creative process with a lot of people in a structured way. I use it for every project and people often come to me for questions about Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that if you have an account for work and you switch jobs, it is difficult to take all your work with you. I exported everything I thought would be useful, but it was too much work to take everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collaborate with other people. It is very helpful. But also to make the whole process visually.

Connecting teams and flow of projects

  • May 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of usage, we can edit at the same time, add comments and material and we can review old projects because everything is in one place. I love that you can check it from any device too. I use it every day of the week and it helps our team integration to support the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usage of battery of my laptop when I have more than 2 boards open
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote part of the agency. Part of my team live in other countries, so the review of projects, feedback, flow and history of projects can all be access on Miro in real time. Also when changing projects we can easily access the previous work there

great tool for collaboration and brainstorming

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to collaborate with multiple teams through workshops and putting out ideas. It also makes it easy to use Miro with readily available templates based on what objective you have for your workshop/meeting, along with built-in tools like the voting and timer. I also like the Talk Track, which is helpful for asynchronous communication, whether it's to share feedback, document design rationale and decisions, or present a walk-through/voiceover on ideas. I use it almost on a daily basis, and it's an indispensable tool on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although some of the AI tools are super helpful to have a baseline/starting point, some of the output is not helpful and it's easier to do it manually without AI. Specifically, the user flow diagrams or AI clustering/categorization of stickies have been features that I don't use. My product require a lot of domain/industry knowledge along with familiarity with certain organization objectives, and even with detailed prompts, the user flow diagrams are either too generic or make assumptions on paths that are not relevant to my needs. The sticky clustering with the AI-driven categories are hit or miss. When trying to analyze feedback from user feedback sessions, some of the comments in the stickies can be lengthy, and the categories are either redundant or too general, and again, without some of the domain/product-specific knowledge, it's hard for the AI to create optimal output and it's better for me/my team to manually categorize using our own analysis and knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to have a visual way to capture ideas during a meeting that everyone can view/interact with, as well as have a central place for us to do a workshop or have collaboration/brainstorming sessions.
