A very useful discovery

What do you like best about the product?
Miro presents itself as a platform suitable for any type of organization, with a very useful online interface and the ability to use the app to always have everything under control. The use of templates allows for a practical and quick solution for almost all operations to be performed. Excellent is the auto-link system of the various shapes for creating charts and diagrams. A great service is also the ability to implement functions and integrate your own actions. Perfect for project implementation plans and work plan execution. A tool to use frequently, every day. Customer support is valid, according to other reviews, I haven't had the chance to test it yet, but I will.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the free plan slightly limiting, 3 workspaces are a bit few and a very small business like mine at the moment cannot afford a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping my small company in the creation of a video game with a colleague remotely. Thanks to Miro, we can easily keep track of all the ToDo lists and the various information collected with the progress of the development. The multimedia file management system is excellent, making everything lightweight and manageable even from the app.

Miro

  • May 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for creating workflows, flowcharts, state diagrams, architectural diagrams, and just about any other diagram where identifying relationships between items is important. I use it regularly in my role as a medical device systems engineer to capture and effectively communicate workflows, data flows, and both internal and external device interfaces. I find it easy to learn and a great way to simplify complex flows and relationships with others in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides of using Miro, and feel like I am able to accomplish just about anything I intend to with the features provided. That said, a couple things that could be improved would be a larger library of icons and symbols to communicate additional concepts, and the ability for connecting lines to snap onto more than just one (central) location on each side of a block within the diagram to support additional connection points and feedback loops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problems of 1). how do I effectively capture the key steps in a workflow or process and 2). how do I effectively illustrate the interfaces between components of a device or devices in a system, along with 3). communication of these steps or interconnected relationships in a clear and clean way. This allows collaborators to come up to speed quickly and enables more productive team discussion and alignment.
