Miro is the best way to visualise ideas and bring them to life
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the interface allows you to quickly build and create mind maps, visuals, flows and get your ideas into creative, stunning visuals that can bring clarity to your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choice of templates can sometime be overwhelming. The templates are there, but the focus feels it should more directed to "what problem are you trying to solve"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is allowing me to get business ideas and data related mental models into easy to read, action-oriented visuals that can be communicated more easily
Miro: The Ultimate Digital Canvas for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly versatile and user-friendly visual collaboration tool that makes it easy for teams to brainstorm, plan, and work together in real time, no matter where they are. What I like best about Miro is how seamlessly it combines powerful features—like interactive whiteboards, templates, and synced content—with a clean, intuitive interface that encourages creativity and keeps everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful collaboration tool, one downside is that it can become overwhelming and cluttered during large team sessions, especially when many users are editing the board at once, which can slow down performance and make it harder to stay organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the challenge of fragmented teamwork and lack of visual clarity in collaborative projects by offering a centralized, interactive platform where teams can brainstorm, plan, and execute ideas together in real time. It replaces the need for multiple tools by combining whiteboarding, diagramming, and project tracking into one seamless experience, which is especially helpful for remote or hybrid teams who need to stay aligned and productive across different time zones and locations.
For me, this has made a big difference in how I manage and contribute to projects. Instead of juggling between emails, spreadsheets, and scattered notes, I can now visualize workflows, assign tasks, and track progress all in one place. It keeps everyone on the same page, encourages creativity, and speeds up decision-making by making complex ideas easier to understand and act on.

A tool firmly integrated into my day
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for it's versatility and features which help me massively in collating ideas, collaborating with clients and team members and illustrating the relationships between digital features and components.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro, like many cloud tools, runs the risk of trying to be all things to all people. Whilst not overly impacted yet, I feel feature bloat is starting to creep into my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially it is a canvas that allows me to organise inputs to any project, and unpack and organise my own ideas in such a way as to be able to communicate those ideas to a broader stakeholder group coherently.
Best

A Must-Have for Creative Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become my go-to for remote collaboration. It’s fast, intuitive, and makes brainstorming with teams feel natural—even when everyone’s miles apart. Whether it's mapping user journeys, dropping quick ideas, or structuring workshops, everything stays organized without getting in the way. Miro also helps me stay organized in my freelance work and makes it easy to develop and explore ideas. I cant recommend Miro enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general there is nothing mayor that I dislike about miro. Just some small minor issues.

Great Team Experience (regulary laggy tho)
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative experience is the industry standard.
Especially to share and review animations its so easy to align stroyboard stills, but also upload small GIF previews of a full sequence.
Unfortunately there is no real way to upload full .mp4 files. Which would make it even more insane to review Animations on there with a big team and get instant feedback

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like quite regulary the connection to the Miro servers is crashing and the board doesnt reload. load at all.
Would be also nice to have a better option of downloading files (Images, Gifs) in bulk without exporting them to a .pdf which i never really found easy to use

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a Team dont need to send a bunch of .mp4 and hundreds of still renders around to multiple people. All of them can be nicely organized and visually impactfull arranged and reviewed on the board.
Especially Animations and Video Sequences are great to review in the early draft stages thanks to the GIF functionallity

Simple and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, so much that one never feels they have to put in extra effort. Shapes, frames and adding texts is super simple. Turn the arrow to anywhere you want and to top it all off, you can use AI to get fully prepared concept maps or diagrams. And Miro supports all sorts of stuff like UML diagrams etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI, at times generates very complex things when asked to get more work done, so its better to get small chunks in such cases. Length or extent of answer could be an additional option for using AI generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easier to work together with others using Miro, and there is seamless integration of what both users are doing on a shared board. Group work being done remotely was never this fun.
One of the easiest whiteboard tools to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is super easy to get sticky note comments going and use shapes/pre-created diagrams to create flows or guide collaborative brainstorming sessions. I've used it from brainstorming product requirements to guiding branding exercises and retros.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was less restrictive templates. I like the ideas of a lot of templates, but they come locked in a way that makes it hard to adjust them for your specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Google suite and there is not a specific tool Google has in Drive that does what Miro provides. Miro is just easier to drop into the lap of a collaborator and show how to use than trying to create some custom setup in Lucid or a word doc.

Can Get Overwhelming
With so many features and a vast open canvas, boards can become cluttered, especially if not well-organized. Larger teams may find it challenging to manage board sprawl.
