Miro is my go to tool for creating architectural diagrams and team brain-storming sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very intuitive to use and I'm using it for a long time now. It also provides icon library by default which is great if we need to add icons, we don't need to search in Google or other places. Also, I must talk about the templates it has for different software diagrams which are really useful for me such as ER diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, etc. I would love to explore the new AI features too which I am yet to do.
Overall, I just love it and using it daily in my company.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major as such that I find bad about Miro. I would love to see more AI features, integrations and templates in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our tech team uses it for different software diagrams, brain storming, project planning, etc. The best thing is it's very intuitive to use and I'm used to it now badly.
It helped a lot to improve my ideation and organization

Sometimes it is a bit slow on weaker computers.

Easy to learn and use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn by just using and trying out different options. There are plenty of templates to choose from or get ideas from and it's a great way to organize your thoughts, team meetings, projects, processes, etc.

Still working on using more with teammates during online collaborative sessions.

I absolutely love using Miro! It’s become an essential tool in my workflow, whether I’m brainstorming solo, collaborating with a team, or leading workshops. The interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, even new users can get up and running quickly.
A huge benefit in Miro for me is the included templates. From strategic planning to agile ceremonies to customer journey mapping, there’s a pre-built option for just about everything. They save me so much time and provide great structure while still allowing for creativity and customization.
I also appreciate how seamless real-time collaboration is. The ability to co-create, leave comments, and organize thoughts visually has transformed how I run meetings and keep momentum going between sessions.

Replaced multiple tools - we used to use separate apps for whiteboarding, sticky notes, and collaboration

Miro makes it easy to organize designs and workflows visually in an intuitive whiteboard format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think our security settings force us to log in frequently.

Very user friendly and Easy to use... I love this product
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is and almost every shapes is available that I need to use frequently. I had designed almost 20+ flows using MIRO app and I never faced any challenge to on findings any components of it. It is very useful app.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I didn't face any difficulties, only at the beginning of this you find some struggles but that could be fixed by guided tour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While explaining flows sometimes it is difficult to explain verbally, after using this application I can make flows and drive full customer engagements without any issue.

It is a great tool for collaboration with remotely and in person.

It is not well known to users and requires an account to use.

Design thinking sessions and diagramming.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for everything, from making my work plan to organize information. I really love that it can create different board and can upload medias like PDF documents and photos so I can put them all on my Miro board and access them quickly and don't need to find each of them every where. I also love the quick notes which helps a lot when brainstorming ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a design practitioner, I would love to see Miro develop more on the design aspect and options so that we can have more choice and tools to design our boards :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love to have everything in 1 big board so that I can access and go through it quickly. Miro support uploading documents, text, links, images, etc. which I found the most helpful so that I can put every information onto the board.
