  • March 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for collaboration, creating DTF workflows, and system architecture diagrams in my corporate work. What I like most about Miro is its intuitive and flexible interface, which makes it easy to create and organize ideas visually. The real-time collaboration features are especially useful for working with teams, helping my team brainstorm, give instant feedback, and make decisions faster. The wide range of templates offered by Miro helps speed up workflow design and system architecture planning. Miro's flexibility allows me to quickly adapt boards for different use cases without starting from scratch. The initial setup was quite straightforward, and most of the team was able to adapt quickly using templates and built-in guides. Overall, it's a powerful and flexible collaboration tool that significantly improves team productivity and visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is performance when working on very large or complex boards, as it can sometimes feel slow. Also, better organization and navigation features would help manage multiple boards more efficiently. Lastly, deeper integrations with other tools and more advanced export options would make it even more useful for corporate workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve workflow clarity issues, enhance real-time team collaboration, and visualize complex systems. It helps centralize ideas and simplify process design. Real-time feedback and flexible boards improve communication and speed up decision-making, even remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create multiple flowcharts on one screen and drag and move around in one single Miro board. There are different shapes that I can use and different color codings that help differentiate steps in the process. It's very user-friendly. I also love that you can visually create your process flows, which makes it easier to explain complex processes. The setup was pretty easy with single sign-on access through our apps. I think Miro is a great tool, and I have no complaints against it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i do not like about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps create processes in a visual way, making it easier for the audience to understand, especially when explaining complex processes to leadership without using business jargon.

Collaborative Tool with Infinite Potential, Needs Better Template Management

  • March 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can collaborate with our team on Miro, even in the middle of projects, and it allows us to see what everyone has done on the board. The ability to add comments and sticky notes to everything is a fun feature. It's really easy for my team to make changes to diagram flows by adding stickers. The infinite canvas where we can create anything is really amazing and solves our problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template section in Miro needs more enhancement. It feels quite messy, and the templates seem to be everywhere. It needs to be better structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with my startup team, making detailed diagrams and working on an infinite canvas. It solves our problem by providing a space to create anything, making teamwork easy and efficient.

Transforms Team Collaboration with Visual Panache

  • March 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for planning upcoming work and collaborating with the team during brainstorming sessions. I like how Miro allows for a visual representation of different work pieces that can be easily moved around, fitting into different boxes like weeks, which really helps in planning. It's great that the team can provide live written feedback anonymously during brainstorming sessions, and the inclusion of a timer helps keep things on schedule. The ability to visually represent ideas allows for smoother discussions. I enjoy working live with the team, as everyone can update and edit at the same time. Setting up a board is fairly easy, and sharing it with a password simplifies the process by avoiding the need to configure everyone's permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the ability to lock editing and hide cursors during presentation mode. When clicking into a note, it switches to edit mode too easily. There should be a third toggle to lock it so you can fully focus on presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visual planning and collaboration, helping my team brainstorm effectively with live, anonymous feedback and a timer. It organizes work pieces into weeks, enhancing discussions and teamwork.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a collaborative workspace where ideas evolve from rough thoughts to organized plans. I love how it feels like a digital whiteboard with unlimited space, making brainstorming more fluid. It's fantastic for mapping out ideas and visually organizing projects, which simplifies understanding at a glance. The real-time collaboration feature is incredible, allowing everyone to contribute by adding sticky notes, drawing connections, or commenting. This makes remote discussions interactive and productive. I appreciate the platform's flexibility; it lets me turn scattered ideas into clear, actionable plans. Miro supports the natural way of thinking and collaborating, allowing me the freedom to organize thoughts intuitively. It's impressive how it turns complex topics into clearer, structured ideas, fostering creativity and alignment within the team. The initial setup was straightforward and user-friendly, with simple prompts and templates that made getting started easy and productive. Overall, Miro is a space where ideas evolve, teams align, and plans take shape collaboratively and creatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
When boards become very large or contain a lot of elements, they can feel overwhelming or slower to navigate, making it take extra time to find specific sections or keep everything organized. The learning curve for new users could be smoother because the many features and tools can be intimidating. Managing permissions or keeping boards structured with many contributors can be tricky. Having more built-in tools for organizing large boards or guiding new users would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize ideas into structured plans, solving scattered thoughts issues. It enhances collaboration with real-time contributions, clarifies communication through visual tools, and reduces confusion. It transforms brainstorming into efficient teamwork, especially for remote discussions, making complex ideas clear and actionable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for collaboration and teamwork, allowing us to interact as if it were a digital whiteboard. I appreciate that it helps break the distance barrier between companies with offices in different locations. I love the design, the ease of suggesting ideas, and how AI streamlines the creation of content and work areas with a pre-design based on an idea, spending less time on sketching the boards. I also find that the initial setup is very simple and super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the minimum number of free licenses to be a bit broader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps break the distance barrier in companies with offices in different locations and allows me to spend less time building the board sketches thanks to its AI.

Interactive and seamless collaboration with great built in templates

  • March 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how interactive it is. As a virtual training producer, my favorite feature is the timer which allows our students in their breakout rooms to have a sense of the time and the fact that i can change that from out end is great. I also like that so many people can work seamlessly together and there has never been any issues with performance. I also like that i can insert design elements and use the templates and the AI feature to enhance my boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't lock the boards locations without locking the whole board. So sometimes I want the boards to stay in place while students can edit and work on them but right now that is not possible so it makes it a bit hard at times because students end up moving boards round accidently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping virtual trainings, engagement sessions and other external and internal meetings become more engaging. We used to use Google jamboards and after they discontinued, we needed to pivot and Miro has been a great replacement which is better in a lot of ways.

Essential Tool for Product Management & Collaboration

  • March 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly useful for product management and design thinking. It's great for brainstorming, customer journey mapping, and gathering ideas, which makes it easier to synthesize and align them. Miro is surprisingly good for both internal and external validation, though it's better at internal alignment and collaborative information synthesis. I appreciate the small, delightful experiences it offers, especially the ability to copy sticky notes into a tabular format and then pull them back out, which respects that not everything starts in Miro. The tool makes bringing information in and out easy, which is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI sidekick is garbage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for product management to solve the whiteboarding problem. It's easy to bring people into a shared space for brainstorming, making idea collection low friction and intuitive. It improves internal alignment and collaborative management throughout the development process.
