What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro beneficial for collective brainstorming sessions for visualization and organization of a multitude of ideas. I appreciate how it simplifies the process of adding new ideas and grouping them, which contributes significantly to a coherent brainstorming environment. I can easily make changes, and Miro's structure adapts seamlessly, ensuring smooth workflow adjustments. These features collectively create an intuitive and accommodating user experience which is why I rate Miro highly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zooming functionality can be problematic. Sometimes, I find myself with very large post-its on one side and very small ones on the other, which affects the readability and makes managing the board a bit challenging. I wish the spaces could automatically adapt to make the content more uniformly readable. It is also a quite basic tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro excellent for brainstorming, allowing me to easily visualize all ideas, make changes effortlessly, and group them efficiently. Its flexibility and simplicity enhance collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how visual Miro is and how easy it is to organize ideas and thoughts, which enhances my creativity and efficiency as a freelance artist. The capability for mind mapping and idea generation on Miro allows me to narrow down concepts and draft ideas effectively, which is crucial for my creative process. Additionally, I value the collaborative working features and the Kanban-style work format that Miro offers, as these allow me to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, especially given my dual commitments of a full-time job and freelance work. The ability to create a schedule and sync it with my calendar within Miro adds significant value to my personal organization, helping me stay on track despite a busy schedule. I've also found the initial setup to be straightforward due to my prior experience using Miro in university, which made integrating it into my freelance routine seamless.

Intuitive, Feature-Rich, and Seamlessly Integrated—A Core Workflow Essential

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how incredibly intuitive it is to work with. Its Ease of Use stands out — even first-time users can collaborate smoothly without any learning curve. The Ease of Implementation is also impressive; teams can get started instantly without complex setup. I use Miro frequently because the platform offers a wide Number of Features that support brainstorming, workshops, planning, and diagrams all in one place. It also integrates seamlessly with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace, so the Ease of Integration really boosts productivity. On top of that, their Customer Support is responsive and helpful whenever issues arise, making the overall experience reliable and enjoyable. Given all of this, my Frequency of Use is naturally high — it’s become a core part of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is a powerful tool, there are a few things that can be challenging. At times, the large Number of Features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users who want simple boards. The Ease of Integration is good overall, but some integrations require additional setup or paid plans, which can be limiting. Performance can also slow down with very large boards, affecting my Frequency of Use during intensive sessions. Additionally, although Customer Support is helpful, response times can vary depending on the issue. Overall, none of these are deal-breakers, but they do create occasional friction compared to the strong Ease of Use and Ease of Implementation that Miro otherwise provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve several key collaboration and workflow challenges for me. It eliminates scattered communication by bringing teams together on one shared, visual workspace, which greatly improves alignment and reduces back-and-forth discussions. It also solves the problem of disconnected tools — with Miro, I can centralize prototyping, diagramming, journey mapping, and planning in one place instead of switching between multiple apps. This saves time and keeps the entire team on the same page. Miro also addresses the challenge of remote collaboration by providing an interactive, real-time whiteboard that makes workshops, brainstorming, and product discussions much more engaging. Overall, it increases clarity, speeds up decision-making, and helps me move from ideas to execution more efficiently.
