Transforms Team Collaboration and Ideation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro turns chaotic ideas into clear visual thinking. It really feels like a shared brain for teams. Miro helps eliminate scattered discussions by providing one visual space for everyone to align and decide faster. I like the infinite Canvas, which makes complex ideas feel simple and flexible instead of constrained. It gives me the freedom to explore, connect, and restructure ideas without space limits. Since we switched to Miro, it has significantly improved how we collaborate and visualize ideas. We chose Miro for its flexibility and collaboration features over traditional whiteboard tools. The initial setup was very easy, and we were up and running within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improving performance with very large boards would make the experience even smoother.

Effortless Collaboration and Design in Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a product designer to create user flow and collaborate with my product squad on details. It makes it easy to keep track of commenting and versioning. I appreciate the ease of use; when I share it with coworkers who have never used it, they can quickly move around and use it as well. Recently, I tried Miro's AI feature to generate epics out of screenshots, and I was blown away. I've been using Miro for a few years and don't recall having any trouble getting into it and starting to use it right away, even if I mostly stick to simple features despite all the ones available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my files look messy and I just want to say - here is all my thinking - make me a beautifully designed slides with great font and graphics so I can present it and file it for others. I would love for AI to clean it up so I can file it and make it more understandable clean and well designed user flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create user flows and collaborate with my squad. It makes tracking comments and versions easy and is user-friendly, so even newcomers can navigate it swiftly.
Effortless Setup, Versatile for Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is able to import images and keep the links intact when I switch devices. It helps me because I can switch devices and still bring up the same canvas with the same account. I believe I no longer use Google Slides and now predominantly use Miro to present slides. The initial setup of Miro was extremely easy, 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that some diagrams are limited to paid accounts. It might be hard to navigate around as well, seems a bit too fast for my eyes. Sometimes, because of the size and the huge boundary box of the canvas, I can get a little lost when collaborating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collate information and illustrate ideas, specifically for user flows to understand decisions and find edge cases. I can switch devices and access the same canvas, which is really convenient.
Miro Makes Remote Retros and Idea Sharing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Being part of a remote team, we need to communicate ideas effectively. I’ve found that Miro gives us a solid way to run retros, bring our ideas together, and identify practical ways to improve. It’s a wonderful product, and I hope to get even more use out of it in the coming months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often wonder whether it’s me as the user, but some of the AI workflows don’t always deliver the best output. At times, it feels like doing things manually works better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote marketing team, we’re able to run lightning-fast retros and storyboarding sessions. We’ve also been able to create different diagrams that clearly show how things move through our top of funnel, all the way down to conversion.
Intuitive Collaboration, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to design customer relationship journeys for the marketing cloud, create great mind maps of processes and flows for my company, and collaborative panels for team work. I like the ease of use and the quick sharing capability, facilitating collaborative work. I can create process maps, making it clear to everyone how each integration should work, and since it's collaborative, everyone can view it at the same time. The initial setup was very educational and intuitive, without major difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is very good, but for the future it would be nice to have more text and image editing options on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to clearly visualize processes, document relationship journeys, create process maps, and collaborative dashboards. It facilitates teamwork with quick sharing and simultaneous collaboration, making everything clear and accessible for everyone.
AI-Powered Flowchart Creation Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI tool, being able to share what type of flowchart I am looking to build and the AI tool helping with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a difficult time making AI edits to existing flowcharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me develop the flowcharts I need for my department when it comes to processes we are implementing and setting up those workflows.
Highly Visual Tool, Needs Better Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual functionality of Miro, especially how it makes things interactive. It helps me visualize my workshops and thoughts effectively. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not customizable enough. Dot voting only allows me to use the pre-set number of dots. The flow designs are not as customized or accurate as I had hoped. We usually have to match with the existing design of how our company presents them, so seeing Miro flow is too far off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for designing workshops, UX design, and creating shared spaces. The visual functionality helps make things interactive, allowing me to visualize my workshops and thoughts effectively.
Transforms Collaborative Presentations & Engagements
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can design experiences with a wide scale of information hierarchy and have multiple layers of interaction on Miro, making it much more interesting for the participants. It’s great for bringing large groups of people together to have a common understanding of a problem or concept. We use Miro instead of PowerPoint because it is far more powerful and collaborative. I also appreciate how straightforward the initial setup was, and while it was generally intuitive, there was still a lot to learn. We are very enthusiastic about Miro, with a solid 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using flows and sidekick in Miro, there are little quirks. A sidekick's output of a document or image tends to go off to the far edges of the largest image on the board. With our boards, which have large backgrounds to set the stage, it can be disorienting to find the output and return to the work area. Also, the visual lines for flows disappear when you leave a board open or are absent for a time. Refreshing the board fixes this, but it would be nice not to have to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to build experiences for clients, allowing large groups to have a common understanding. It's more powerful and collaborative than PowerPoint, providing a shared visual framework. I love designing with multiple interaction layers, which helps participants remember information better.
Intuitive, Flexible Collaboration with an Infinite Canvas
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how intuitive and flexible the platform is for collaboration. It makes brainstorming sessions much more organized, especially when working with remote teams. The infinite canvas allows us to map ideas visually without limitations, and the pre-built templates save a lot of time when starting new projects.
I also appreciate the real-time collaboration features. Team members can comment, edit, and add notes simultaneously, which improves productivity and reduces long meetings. The integrations with tools like Slack and project management platforms also make workflows smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that large boards can sometimes become slow, especially when many elements are added. It may also feel overwhelming for new users at first because of the number of available tools and features.
Additionally, some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for small teams with tight budgets.
Additionally, some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for small teams with tight budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize complex topics visually when studying or working on group projects. Instead of writing long notes, I create mind maps and diagrams that make information easier to understand and remember. It improves collaboration and makes group assignments more efficient.
Miro makes online meetings creative and processes easily visualizable
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro in joint online meetings to gather ideas or visualize processes. Miro replaces the use of whiteboards or moderation cards in my own meetings. These previous applications can be adopted 1:1, and they offer the additional advantage that adjustments and redesigns have become much easier than they used to be on whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I don't like anything at all. The only thing might be that I don't know all the features yet: I want to have an "infinite stack" of cards during brainstorming that anyone can draw from, without me having to copy cards repeatedly in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are considering in a joint brainstorming session how we can design and market a specific offer for our customers, who the target audience is, and what competitors/alternative solutions exist. By gathering information using cards, we can easily cluster them and focus on developing a solution.
