  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform during presentations or interviews
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more colorful overall. Also, it would be better if the shapes could auto-adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Explaining a particular topic clearly and noting down the key points discussed during our conversations.
2. Creating different blocks as to-dos, which helps us remember and refer back to them in our future discussions.

Collaborative and User-Friendly with Minor UX Flaws

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity and ease of use of Miro. It was easy to fire up a board and get both technical and non-technical teams on board. Miro allows everyone to see the same info in the same space at the same time and work collaboratively rather than independently. Each time we've had a need, we were able to get the work done, and the initial setup was easy, with users able to make what they needed without any involvement from IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it defaults to editing. If I am looking at a diagram, I want to be able to move it first, not edit it right from the get-go. I have to hit undo constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows everyone to see the same info in the same space at the same time and work collaboratively rather than independently. It's easy to fire up a board and involves both technical and non-technical teams.

Effortless Collaboration, Limited High-Fidelity Prototyping

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is very easy to use, even for users who were not familiar with it. The real-time interaction with other users is great, making it extremely helpful in meetings with the whole company's team. I also appreciate that it's accessible via a web browser, which makes it very democratic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to create more elaborate and higher-fidelity prototypes so that users can better understand the goal of a new feature in our product or a new interaction of an interface element. When I need this type of high-fidelity prototype, Miro is not able to fully meet my needs, and I have to resort to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to take notes during meetings, organize user flows and mind maps quickly, and sketch screens for features I develop.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for sprint ceremonies and find it incredibly helpful for real-time collaboration with the team during sprint reviews. I really like having everything in one place, which means the team doesn't have to look for things in different places. We can just go to Miro and get everything we need. The initial setup of Miro was very easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably sharing files ..not sure if this feature is present never explored
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate with my team in real-time during sprint reviews and keeps everything in one place, so we don't have to search around.

Fun Team Collaboration with Plenty of Activity Options

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot of fun working with my colleagues, and there are so many options to choose from among all the available activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it looks different on mobile devices. You can zoom in, but at times you lose the bigger picture. I know that’s very difficult to control, but maybe adding a small square showing the full canvas could help with navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we do brainstorming, it sometimes gets stuck because everyone starts giving the same answers. With Miro, it’s easier to get ideas flowing, even when participation in our activities is low, and it helps us broaden our limits.

Visual Collaboration Made Easy, With Room for Performance Improvement

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro primarily for brainstorming, planning, and visual collaboration. It helps me organize ideas in a structured yet flexible way, especially when working on projects or preparing concepts. I appreciate how Miro turns complex thinking into something visual and easy to understand. The real-time collaboration feature stands out, as being able to work with others on the same board simultaneously makes brainstorming and discussions feel much more interactive and productive. It almost feels like everyone is in the same room, even when working remotely. I also really like its flexibility. Whether I’m creating mind maps, flowcharts, or planning a project, Miro gives me the freedom to structure ideas the way I want without feeling restricted. The drag-and-drop interface and ready-made templates save a lot of time and make the whole process smooth. Overall, it makes organizing thoughts, collaborating, and planning not just efficient, but actually enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really enjoy using Miro, there are a few areas that could be improved. One challenge is performance when boards become large or have a lot of elements, it can start to lag, especially on lower-end devices. This sometimes interrupts the workflow and makes navigation less smooth. Another aspect is the learning curve for beginners. Although the interface is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with so many features and tools available. A more guided onboarding experience would help new users get comfortable faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming and planning, helping me organize ideas and collaborate in real time with my team. It simplifies project planning and supports creating flowcharts, mind maps, and diagrams, making complex topics easier to understand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping processes that was previously very confusing

Collaborative Visual Workspace for Real-Time Team Planning

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's real-time collaboration, infinite canvas, and ready-made templates. These features make brainstorming, planning, and team discussion fast, visual, and highly interactive. Real-time collaboration allows multiple teammates to work simultaneously, speeding up decisions and reducing back-and-forth. The infinite canvas provides unlimited space to map ideas, flows, and systems without constraints. Ready-made templates help start quickly for use cases like wireframes, roadmaps, or brainstorming, making Miro highly efficient for structured and creative work. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very straightforward; creating an account, inviting team members, and starting with templates took only a few minutes without any technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides of Miro are performance lag on very large boards, limited offline functionality, and pricing for bigger teams. Navigation can also get cluttered with complex projects, so better performance optimization, offline support, and board organization tools would improve usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves remote collaboration and ideation challenges, centralizing brainstorming, diagramming, and planning in one space, making team alignment faster and more visual.
