I'm working with an external partner on a new CG trailer for our product, and it has been instrumental in staying on top of the latest updates. They submit updates, and I'm able to review easily and in realtime, and even add feedback or questions directly in Miro without needing to compile those things in a separate thread and slowing down the process on a tight deadline.

Effortless Collaboration and Beautiful Boards with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is super easy to use, and beautiful to work with. It's very simple to create nice looking, interactive boards to work on interactively with colleagues, and is also wonderful to just map out my own thinking on an infinite canvas and keep my thoughts organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love almost everything about Miro! The only thing our users tend to need help with are the sharing settings and what those mean. Particularly, I find I need to remind them to consider who has been invited to their group/team in Miro before creating a board intended only for their team to see. People sometimes will add users to their groups from other departments because "it's easier that way" and then forget those people can see everything they make for their groups. I don't think this is Miro's fault, by the way, I just wish it was maybe easier for people to review who can see their boards under different sharing settings more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro was essential for us when we were conducting needs assessments for new software tools, like our CRM. It made it so easy to collect information from different teams about the data they collect and share, the types of clients they work with, and what their bottle necks were. We were able to create easy-to-read process maps, too, and it was all done with very little babysitting from us in IT as it was so intuitive for the users to work with. We've also used Miro to create network diagrams to make sense of our networks, and to create workflows to map out automations that we've developed.
Visually Beautiful and Effortless Collaboration, Despite Occasional Loading Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's visually appealing and organized interface. It's beautiful and much nicer to look at compared to other software I've used. In Miro, everything is very well distributed, including the toolbox bar and the options to embed links or upload images. These features are very useful to me. I also appreciate the ease of creating UI prototypes without any code. Sometimes I need to make small changes in a UI design and with Miro, I can do that easily without needing specialized tools like Figma. This capability to use colors, create different forms, and shapes helps me make several small changes to present to other developers quickly and efficiently. Overall, I'm very happy with everything I can do inside Miro. It's well-designed and offers a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often experience frustrating delays when trying to open the Miro board or even just the Miro page. It sometimes takes an unusually long time to load, and the page fails to open regardless of refreshing it or opening a new tab. Although it doesn't occur every day, this issue has persisted for about three months, typically happening once a week. Additionally, I found it tricky during the setup process; the team join request I sent wasn't received, which required multiple attempts before I could successfully join my team space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organizing information and creating workflows and UI prototypes easily. It's user-friendly and facilitates sharing, enhancing team productivity. Miro supports creating easy-to-understand workflows and collaborative meetings like sprint reviews, making teamwork efficient.
