Miro has been a game changer

  • September 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has helped our team in many aspects of our project management. We have an extensive use of Miro for Planning, documenting, and ideation. This has also helped us in designing mockups for our work before actual implementation. The ease of use and the extensive templates that are available have helped a lot in our day-to-day work. Our team has been using Miro on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I may have been worried about is that when multiple collaborators work on the same board, there is a possibility that someone may unintentionally change or delete something. There should be a recovery mechanism for previous work or version control for boards. Also, there should be documentation for all possible integrations and their capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned,Miro has helped our team in many aspects of our project management. We have an extensive use of Miro for Planning, documenting, and ideation. This has also helped us in designing mockups for our work before actual implementation. The ease of use and the extensive templates that are available have helped a lot in our day-to-day work. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and disconnected collaboration. It gives us one shared space where we can brainstorm and align as a team.

The Benefits of Miro for University Group Projects

  • September 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Real-time collaboration with many tools which is extremely useful when working online on a group project and needing to do something more creative. One platform that is always recommended in group projects.
2. The ability to dowload the images! Super useful so you won't have to wait for others to send the png to you, you can just save from Miro
3. Really love how the canvas is really wide. This allows for better and a more engaging form of organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides to Miro however if I have one it might be the inability to look at the "history" or past documented changes to see who did what and what changes were made when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inability to collaborate in "real-time". While many platforms also solve this problem, Miro is one of the best websites as there are just so many tools and is very useful in the creative field with mindmapping, collaborative idea sketching, etc.

Effortless Mind Mapping with Immediate ROI

  • September 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be an essential tool for our daily workflow. It offers an intuitive mind mapping and flowchart design capability that simplifies complex processes. The ease of setup and user-friendly experience make it incredibly accessible, while its role as a digital whiteboard enhances our remote collaboration. The rapid return on investment and the ability to facilitate training through visual aids are notably beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of AI capabilities in Miro to be a drawback. It would be beneficial if AI could help with cleaning up old boards, archiving them, and offering suggestions for updates or deletions to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in Miro. Currently, we're always adding to boards but not subtracting, and more AI involvement could streamline this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a digital whiteboard for mapping flows and processes, quickly visualizing designs, and facilitating collaboration. It provides great visualization for training materials, is easy to use, and offers immediate ROI, improving team efficiency in a remote-first environment.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an extremely easy to use tool, without complications, and allows more than one person to interact in an absolutely simple way when creating the boards
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble choosing templates. There should be a vote for my favorites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows more than one consultant to assist in client survey and discussion sessions

Strong Collaborative Tool for the Workplace

  • September 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows multiple users to collaborate on ideas at the same time virtually. In the design profession, it is extremely important to put our ideas out visually, and Miro allows that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope that Miro can be faster and have the capability to store more information on a board without slowing down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the barriers that come with working virtually. As someone that occasionally works from home, Miro is an extremely useful tool to get ideas across to your colleagues/team online. Miro also allows me to store information and have a sequence presented on the board so that team members can trace the thought process or history that led up to the current idea.

Great for cross-functional purposes

  • September 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that everyone can collaborate in different ways to get their updates across. It is very easy for everyone up to senior leadership to use. It keeps our meetings on track and allows us to visualize updates in ways that other platforms don't allow.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint (which isn't big at all) is that two people can't edit the same field at once so I sometimes have to ask my team to leave a section for me to contribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously did not have a solution for all of our updates to be put in one place for our department-wide meetings.

About MIRO

  • September 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and simple in use. I really like icons and ux interfaces - very helpful in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, I've noticed that some objects don't work well together. I don't know if it's because of the number of layers or the frames you can create there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of remote work when analysis is needed—which is most often the case. It also quickly shows what you might mean in an image, sometimes replacing inappropriate words with relevant images.

Design board I can take anywhere

  • September 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used to have a wall in my home office that I turned into a giant design board, full of sticky notes and diagrams. The problem was I couldn't take it with me when I worked in another location, and I couldn't easily share it and collaborate with colleagues. Miro lets me do that and much more. I love the collaboration tools, especially the flexible and nuanced voting features. The ability to easily embed documents and media also make it a good tool for collecting discovery materials and organizing resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who are not "visual people," Miro can take a bit of getting used to, which can make it challenging to do a group exercise in a workshop or meeting. For example, some people may get lost in the infinite space and large zoom range, and if the activity is not carefully crafted with guardrails, participant contributions can end up as a mess of different object and text sizes. The "bring everyone to me" feature helps a lot, but there's still a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me at various stages of human center design and learning design, including brainstorming in the discovery and ideation phases, persona mapping, action mapping, and more.
