Highly Collaborative and Intuitive for Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for its user-friendly interface and ease of use, which makes it accessible for both beginners and seasoned users. The platform shines in collaborative environments, especially within medium-sized groups, allowing us to brainstorm effectively and align our product development strategies. I love that Miro facilitates the rapid articulation of ideas and the creation of low-fidelity wireframes, which are essential in our brainstorming sessions. The initial setup was a breeze, which let us quickly integrate it into our workflow and start seeing the benefits almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro could benefit from more integration with Figma. This would allow me to bring in actual designed screens more easily when creating user flow or journey mapping, which is crucial for my work.

Effortless Wireframe Creation

Creating wireframes is straightforward, which makes it easier for me to communicate my ideas to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many drawbacks to mention. If I had to point out something, it would be that occasionally the updates are not very intuitive, and it isn't always clear what all the available features are.

This tool allows me to create wireframes quickly, which means I spend less time arranging shapes and designs and more time focusing on communicating my ideas.
Essential for our daily work and alignment
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is good for early ideas and also for big, complex designs. We use it for mapping processes, customer journeys and workshops too. The tool is flexible for every use case, not rigid.
Because of the templates and real-time co-editing, we are much faster from idea to implementation. This fits well with our digital transformation and AI goals. So overall, Miro gives us speed and clarity. It helps me translate strategy into actual designs that everyone in the company understands.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have big issues with Miro, but a few things slow us down in complex projects.
Large boards can get heavy when many teams work at the same time, especially in workshops with lots of files. Performance is okay, but not always smooth.
Also, some integrations feel one-way. For us, a real two-way sync with Jira or Confluence would be better to remove manual steps.
Exporting boards to documentation still requires extra formatting. It works, but it is not fully automatic.
These are not blockers, just areas where the tool could be better for big companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro really helps us with collaboration between teams. We work on complex workflows and product concepts, and without a shared visual space, these discussions are slow or just too abstract. Miro solves this because we have one place where design and alignment happen in real time.
It helps us turn ideas into real, concrete plans. It doesn’t matter if we prototype a feature, map a customer journey or build a roadmap, the tool keeps everything connected and easy to follow. This reduces misunderstandings and we can make decisions faster. We move from concept to implementation much quicker this way.
Teams understand each other faster, stakeholders see the full picture and we can validate ideas earlier. It improves both quality and speed in our product work.

Great User Experience That Elevates Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience of Miro. I use it every day. You can zoom in, zoom out, use sticky notes, leave comments. It's really easy to visualize things and take quick notes. It's great in the creative space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow to load, especially for those big boards. The table feature doesn't feel like it's fully developed yet. I want that to function more like Google Sheets or Excel. And the timeline function is also challenging to navigate. It might be simple for short timelines with few tasks, but for complex timelines, it's challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows our company to collaborate with our clients in an effective way. With Miro, the feedback loop is expedited and can be done completely async.
Essential for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a huge digital and intelligent canvas, where I can organize areas as I see fit and where it is very quick and easy to 'place' things. For a creative startup like ours, being able to organize thematic macro areas of the canvas is essential. I find it incredible that Miro is super fast and that I can zoom out and zoom in almost instantly and without loading times. Moreover, starting to use Miro was very easy and intuitive, because the buttons are positioned where you would expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find frustrating is that when I copy and paste an Instagram link into Miro, I can't see the preview. This feature is available for YouTube and Google Drive, so it's disappointing that it's not available for Instagram. Additionally, I wish to have more customization options for vector shapes, which would be very useful for creating flowcharts or mockups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to simplify the sharing of ideas, produce work for clients, and graphically organize our complex fantasy universe, improving team collaboration and integration with external collaborators through a fast and intuitive digital platform.

I personally use it to build comprehensive roadmaps tailored to each client's journey, ensuring that all steps of my standard processes are visually represented effectively. Moreover, I find the templates and process flow tools incredibly valuable; they allow me to craft a vivid representation of our vision, making the complex ideas more digestible and actionable for both my team and clients. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, which made integrating it into my workflow seamless and quick. I am highly satisfied with these aspects, evident as I would rate my likelihood to recommend Miro a solid 9 out of 10.

The interactivity and endless canvas provided by Miro are significant advantages, as they allow me to continuously expand and develop ideas on the same board.
