Endless Space to Brainstorm—Like Drawing on Real Paper

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
You never run out of space to brainstorm or map out ideas. I can use it for diagrms, presentations, it's like a real piece of paper I can draw on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shapes need more snapping points for the arrows. I need better snapping for the text so that the diagrams get equal distances between the elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for technical diagrams when me and my team need to take high level architectural decisions. Basically I am happy that I get beautiful diagrams for all my use cases (not only technical) and it is all in one place.

Miro: Flexible, User-Friendly, and Essential for Remote Teams

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create boards with notes and photos on Miro. It's also super flexible, which is great for when team members are working remotely. They can access it whenever they want, whether it's in real time or at their own pace. Setting up Miro and adding the whole team was really straightforward for me. I also find that Miro works better for visuals compared to Podio, which I also use for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having found it earlier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows my team to work in real time or when they have time, which is great for remote collaboration. It also makes it easy to create boards with notes and photos, which helps with project flexibility.

Flexible, Intuitive, and Essential for Creative Organization

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to organize my thoughts visually and structured simultaneously. It helps me see everything clearly, whether I'm planning lessons, mapping projects, or breaking down complex topics. I love how it allows brainstorming and creating flowcharts, making ideas feel connected rather than scattered. Miro helps clear mental clutter, turning scattered thoughts into a structured, actionable plan. The flexibility and intuitive nature really stand out. It lets me brainstorm, restructure, and connect concepts visually, providing clarity and creative freedom. I especially value how Miro allows me to start anywhere, shaping messy thoughts into something structured without forcing me into a fixed format. The intuitive interface saves time, allowing me to focus on thinking. Setting up was smooth; the interface is intuitive, and I could start immediately. Miro fits well into my workflow as a thinking space before moving ideas into documents or presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when boards become very large, they can feel slightly overwhelming to navigate. A smoother way to manage or summarize bigger boards would make the experience even better. Also, a bit more optimization for slower internet connections would help ensure the workflow stays seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to clear mental clutter by visually organizing interconnected ideas. It turns scattered thoughts into a structured, actionable plan and gives me both clarity and creative freedom in brainstorming and collaboration.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a super handy tool for me when I'm working with startups in the early stages, to track their progress and see if the work is getting done. It's also great for developing new ideas or concepts, which are easier to understand because they're so visual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, except that sometimes the app crashes and I have to reload it, which isn't very convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro, it was more complicated because to do the same job, I had to use several tools, which wasn't super easy. Now, with Miro, I can do all that with one super handy tool that saves me time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic tool for strengthening team spirit and fostering psychological safety within the team.

Miro’s responsiveness seems to depend heavily on network bandwidth. Also, many of the more useful AI features require a paid plan.

Miro: The Infinite Canvas for Digital Strategy and Beyondte Canvas That Elevate Team Workshops

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Real-Time Spatial Collaboration: The most helpful feature is the "follow" mode and live cursors. When you’re in a meeting with ten people, you can literally see where everyone is looking and what they are interacting with. It prevents the "wait, which part of the screen are you talking about?" fatigue.

The Infinite Canvas: Unlike a slide deck or a document, you never run out of room. This is helpful for complex projects where you need to see the "big picture" (the entire user journey) and the "fine details" (specific UI mockups) in the same visual space.

Massive Template Library: You don't have to be a designer to make things look professional. Whether it's a SWOT analysis, an Agile retrospective, or a mind map, there is a pre-built framework you can just drop in and start filling out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Steep Learning Curve for Newbies
Because Miro can do everything, its interface can be overwhelming for someone who just wants to jot down a quick note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem: Marketing, sales, and creative teams often work in isolation, leading to misaligned messaging or disjointed customer journeys. The Benefit: It creates a single source of truth. You can map out a full 360-degree marketing campaign—from the initial social media ad to the final landing page conversion—all in one visual space. This ensures everyone is looking at the same "big picture" simultaneously.

Transformative Tool for Dynamic Workflows

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as an OS system for my company and for all my client work. It helps me with everything from brainstorming, planning, aligning, deciding, and getting feedback about my work. The AI features, especially Flows and Sidekicks, speed up my work and help me provide better quality for my clients. I find it easy to use, and the AI introduction isn't complicated at all. Miro is an intelligent canvas that helps me integrate all my work and sync it across different areas. I don't have to switch between different apps anymore; everything is connected in one place, which makes it easier to see the information holistically and saves a ton of time. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing, that I as a board owner could turn off all cursors on the board when I have a workshop, not that every participant has to do that by themselves. If you have 50+ people on the board it is not efficient that everyone has to do that by themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with brainstorming, planning, aligning, and decision-making, integrating all work in one place. AI features like Flows and Sidekicks speed up work and enhance quality. It eliminates app-switching, providing a holistic view and saving time.
