A unified tool for the many tasks in my business process and functional analysis work

It can be hard to go from lo-fi to hi-fi within the tool

Clear representation and clarification of processes, requirements and goals. Simple wireframing and meeting notes
Miro is my peer to mirroring my mind of workflow diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
1.The swimlanes to design the workflows are the best which i have used lately,I was consumer of draw.io previously and recently got shifted to Miro, which helped me a lot .
What do you dislike about the product?
1.Need more realistic icons , also the search of icons doesnt always give you best results , I would like to see more in this icon format.

Great collaborative tool and productive
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can interact with components. It has a lot of themes and templates, so you can start from scratch or from this templates. When you collaborate with your teammates on your Canvas it is very fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot of components, images, flows or elements on your canvas, it turns too slow. It takes a lot of time to navigate or load the interface. At least, on Edge browser is impposible to get Miro loaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one collaborative platform, we can concentrate all our efforts in one single activies. Our assets are no more distribuited on other platforms or tools. We can visualize everything in one place. Also, the way we can interact, as teammates, is fabulous.

Hard to centralize information for ongoing or recurring projects

What do you like best about the product?
I just started a new job at a new company and the miro board is helpful for me to keep track of tasks and their importance. This is the first time I've used it and am liking it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that i dislike about it so far in my month of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping trach of projects and tasks while also letting managers organize it so I know whats the priority

The ability to quickly create org charts and create account plans that can be viewed by my entire work team.

Occasionally there are diagramming features that are buggy in comparison to leading diagramming tools.

Centralizing account management notes, account plans, etc.

It's easy to use, share your WIP with your team and it's a way to keep the history of the work done on track.

The only problem for me is when it's crashes and not always is related to the amount of information loadad there.

The tool’s simplicity allows users to operate it easily, even without prior experience with similar platforms. Its available features serve their purpose effectively, and collaboration is straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, due to the amount of information displayed on the dashboards, loading or refreshing can be slightly delayed. Additionally, when moving a group of elements, it can be difficult to align them properly with others

Miro helps us visualize the workflows of our products, both internally and externally. It also allows us to map out the workflows of the projects we carry out.
