Great Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a game-changer for me in designing workflows and mind maps. The infinite canvas makes it easy to expand ideas, while the drag-and-drop tools keep everything clear and visual. I especially like how simple it is to rearrange ideas on the fly and collaborate in real time. It’s flexible, intuitive, and perfect for turning complex processes into something easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
the export function can be tricky to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organise complex ideas and processes into clear, visual workflows and mind maps, making it easier to brainstorm, collaborate, and communicate with others saving time and reducing confusion.
Facilitate Discussions and Visual Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro facilitates the visualization of design journeys and workshop discussions. The integration with other applications I already use in my ecosystem is excellent. The templates are extremely useful, including the use of swim lanes and project maps, allowing me to create customized work ecosystems. The simplicity of use helps my clients access and use the platform easily, even without advanced training. Additionally, Miro greatly helps to converge ideas and guide discussions, simplifying the process of discarding and recycling concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like using frames in Miro because the organization is not as good as in Figjam, which allows the creation of sections that make navigation easier. Also, sometimes when I copy and paste from one place to another within Miro, the size of the elements can get distorted. I would like to be able to draw within the frames and organize in sections more efficiently. Additionally, it would be useful to have a clearer size ruler that other people, besides designers, could understand, perhaps with measurements like 'large', 'medium', etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates the convergence of ideas and the visualization of discussions, helping to design design journeys and organize workshops effectively, especially with useful templates for planning projects.
A very intuitive tool that helps organize thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is most helpful while working remotely, it allows all team members to participate in brainstorming, organizing ideas and deciding on the next steps. The thing I personally like most is the ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation gets messed up, but it's easy to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of using an open digital space - Miro allows all team members to brainstorm at once, see the ideas take shape. It is the most helpful tool for organizing next steps in the roadmap.
Miro is essential to the running of our business
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create boards, build templates and use them on a daily basis. Onboarding other people is seemless - we regularly use Miro with customers and they have no problems at all. There is a huge flexibility in what we can visualise, and the integrations with google and microsoft documents is essential at providing transparence (though they are a bit hard to use)
What do you dislike about the product?
Features that are unimportant to me frequently change or are added at the expense of useful features - for example changing the UX of the boards homepage on the app is now unintuitive and hard to organise. There are seemingly basic features they ignore despite lots of community requests (e.g. multiple assignees for a task)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration with business and engineering.
Providing visibility and transparency (especially the talk track feature)
Collaborating with customers over their goals and needs wrt our product
Collating customer feedback via affinity maps

Intuitive and easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great templates, and easy to use with multiple people
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to use spreadsheets in it, something with basic calculation not just tables

Visual Collaboration
Collaboration and Innovation at Its Core
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its great collaboration capabilities, especially in a remote setting. This often reduces travel-related costs and ensures everyone is engaged in the session. The AI features are particularly helpful for summarising and creating diagrams. On top of this all, Miro's frequent updates bring new features and keep it class-leading when it comes to collaboration and remote facilitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, I have had comments of how to package the experience into an offline output, but usually quite a niche request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables remote work, reducing travel costs and facilitating collaboration through features like sticky notes and brainstorming. It helps keep everyone engaged via its facilitation tools (timers, cursors, etc.) and working together, overcoming the limitations of traditional tools like PowerPoint and Microsoft's whiteboard.
Visual Collaboration Made Easy, Though Large Boards Can Lag
What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s infinite canvas is excellent for brainstorming, strategy planning, and mapping complex workflows. You can pull in templates, diagrams, mind maps, everything to get ideas out fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a learning curve: navigating all of Miro’s features & menus takes time, especially for users unfamiliar with visual collaboration tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of distributed idea capture: rather than bouncing ideas over email or many disconnected tools, Miro gives everyone a shared space to visualise, iterate, and align on ideas.
Also reduces friction in feedback loops: rather than explaining via text, you can sketch, annotate, move things around visual clarity speeds up understanding and decision-making.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to export or translate into other tools e.g. Powerpoint
Can be overwhelming if not an expert - takes a while to get team up to speed.

Bringing my team onto a single source of truth - that marries up market scanning and insights with wireframming and customer journey
More effective collaboration and communication with MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
The free flowing canvas where we can lay out any kind of diagrams that we want. This helps our teams communicate better when it comes to modeling and improving process workflows. I use Miro on avg a few times a week, and its quite easy to use and work with, there's not much of a learning curve and everyone can pick things up easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing:
1. you should get charged based on the number of members enrolled in that month, not the number you have allocated for. That seems like a sneaky way of overcharging because people forget.
2. Its not the easiest to find the billing and payments section. I think going into profile and viewing it is not intuitive
Boards
1. If I'm making a slightly bigger board where I want stickies aligned across multiple rows/columns which are a little distant from each other then the alignment feature doesn't quite work so well
2. I know you've introduced AI but I really dont have any indication on how it can help me. I think you need to do more to get people to see the power and do more with it. Also need to give people the confidence that if I use it on an existing board, nothing will suddenly change in my content / go away.
All of these are fixable and by no means take away from the power that MIRO gives you. So I would treat them as improvement areas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps collaborate more easily in teams which are a mix of in person and remote. Helps people understand what they are looking at faster than it works in diagrams.
Necessary team collaboration tool for disparate workers
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is key. You can use it how you like to do most things. The AI tools have occasionally been useful too with creating workflows. It's getting better for collaborating with in real time as well and their structured document tools are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to make my Miros look well designed. I know it can be done, but I default to sticky notes and blocks. I'd love to have an AI which just shooshed things up to make them more visually appealing.
