Top collab app, even for simple prototyping/mockups!
What do you like best about the product?
For me as a product manager, what stands out most is the intuitive and simple UI, making it easy for new team members to get started without lengthy onboarding. The real-time collaboration features are impressive - working with colleagues feels seamless and immediate, which is especially valuable for remote or hybrid teams. The extensive template library (especially the workshop templates) help structure meetings, brainstorm sessions, and agile planning efficiently, reducing setup time and letting participants focus on content rather than logistics.
We use it a lot for all kinds of meetings or workshops, and for sketching up ideas.
And introducing it in our team was so easy!

What do you dislike about the product?
I do notice some limitations that can be frustrating: the platform lacks flexibility when it comes to embedding richer media such as videos or audio clips . This can restrict how interactive or visually diverse workshop boards and presentations can be. there is also some inconsistency in performance when boards become very large, which can cause lag or slower load times. it excels at collaborative whiteboarding, but more options for integrating multimedia would make it even better for dynamic workshop facilitation and team presentations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of remote collaboration and messy brainstorming. it helps me get ideas out fast and keep everyone on the same page no matter where they are. the templates make workshops easier to run without too much prep. Also the simple interface means less time explaining how to use it. this benefits me by saving time and making meetings more productive. Plus the real-time collabs reduce endless email threads and confusion. it's not perfect tho, like sometimes media embedding is limited, but overall its a huge help
Our Virtual Pin up board
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great tool to collaborate with different internal / external teams. As a graphic designer / visual communicator, we use this tool to brainstorm, create task lists, project manage longform documents. We "pin" pages up on the Miroboard, so we can see the status of all areas of the document. What text and graphics still needs to be generated.
It's become a one stop hub for all things related to publishing this document. And it comes in handy when you have multiple deadlines for different documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when placing reference pdfs, and extracting all the pdf pages in the miro board can slow it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it has enhanced collaboration for working across teams and offices
Great alternative to classic classroom website
What do you like best about the product?
The canvas style where one can zoom in and out is really nice to navigate, rather than having to link to different web pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too office oriented. All addons/connections are so corporate or linked to office apps.
Would like to see more educator oriented content.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop page for all my classroom information that I can spread out on a single canvas.
THE PERFECT PROJECT BOARD
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to show and organize my work, no need for long tutorials to undestand and get it best potential. I use this program almost everyday and my teams gets reviews easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it crashes, and during presentations everyone gets desseperate, and not having an easy button to export images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hability of showing several pictures at the same time, organize work without the need of printing thousands of pages
Architectural Student and Professional who loves using Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative nature is the reason you can't beat a program like Miro. When I was in university and I had to collaborate with other students it was a life saver. Now that I work in an office, it is still one of the easiest ways to share ideas with coworkers and keep track of project progress in a visual way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the functionality was closer to the way that Adobe Illustrator works. The grouping/locking/selecting operations sometimes trip me up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most architects are visual people, so it is much easier for us to place an image or a diagram in front of each other to communicate. Miro helps us do that!
Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro are the templates and UI that allows for mapping workflows for various processes. Along with the collaborative ability of the platform it is a great tool for myself and my team to work through initiatives asynchronously.
The tool is easy to use so the ramp up is short.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't always the templates that I'm looking for so I find myself trying to use one that doesn't really work for me, which often leads me to abandoning the template and having to find another way to visualize something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve mapping problems that I have at my company on various topics like customer journeys, client workflows, logistics, and back-end automation. I also use it as a brainstorming tool to get my thoughts onto "paper" in an informal manner.
Miro is great for collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our whole team can be on the board and making changes at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That anyone can delete anything at any time - by accident or otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having everything for a project in one place
Excellent Visual Sharing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can really customize your usage. The blank slate canvas with drop in features (sticky pads, images, etc) allow for a completely free form and unique way of representing ideas, presenting narratives, and collaborating. My team and I use it daily internally and with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel disorganized and challenging to orient. Also it is not particularly user friendly on a cellphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to cut the distance between isolated perception and shared vision. I benefit from the collaborative facilities and capacity to iterate, brainstorm, organize, and ultimately share polished presentations to clients.
Miro is an excellent well-rounded tool that facilitates the flow of ideas in a workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The free plan is generous - while you can only create 3 boards, they are not limited in scope so I could play around with this extensively before getting company sign-off on the tool. It has a wide array of diagramming tools (prototyping, ERD, flow diagrams) that are easy to use and wonderfully simple as a tool to illustrate concepts and architectures and communicate around changes. If a picture is a worth 1000 words, then Miro's diagrams could fill an encyclopedia.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on the free plan that can niggle but I think that's the point. In particular, the icons that you can use are severely restricted but it seems reasonable in light of the freemium offering. It can be difficult to know how to share diagrams from a free account but I think that, too, is part of the "sell" in moving to a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database diagramming, process flow diagrams.
A great product for diagraming
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes diagraming fast and intuitive. The drag-and-drop flow is simple, and it helps me turn ideas into clear visuals without wasting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One frustration is that I can’t drag a section if it’s placed within another section. This makes reorganizing content harder than it should be when working on complex boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me turn complex ideas into clear diagrams that are easy to understand and share. As a Business Analyst, it’s especially useful for visualizing processes and requirements so stakeholders can align quickly. It saves time in workshops and meetings because everyone can see the same picture and contribute directly on the board.
