Excellent for Team Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for team collaboration and whiteboarding things. I like how it helps with planning together with my team, drawing prototypes, and conducting interviews. It's easy because it's not attached to Zoom calls and generally more flexible. The initial setup was pretty easy too, although there was a white page problem at first, but it got better with the templates.

Modern UI with Room for Better Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, it feels modern and generally follows standards across the board. Very easy to get started. Collaboration is really awesome, having multiple users on a board simultaneously is very helpful. Have not needed Customer Support, which is a good thing in my opinion. Works well enough for me to reference it multiple times a week.

Keeping boxes the same size is difficult. Its also difficult to keep things on a grid, the background grid seems to only be for visual reference. Some features are difficult to find.

Excellent for Visualizing Website Changes and Product Retrospectives

What do you dislike about the product?
. Miro is a very complex tool, which means the revision history is also very complex. If you want to go back to an earlier state of the board, see where certain changes were made.

I really like being able to zoom out/ in and collect lots of ideas in the same spot but each having it's own defined frame.

A lot is easy to use intuitively but I haven't noticed where to get more training/ watch a recorded webinar/ course or anything like that (to be honest haven't really looked yet but it hasn't been overly apparent.)

A space for remote staff to easily add their work and get updated on what others have added. Allows meetings to flow more efficiently.
