Powerful Visualization Tool with Helpful AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its AI ability to not just create something from a draft but to give AI a prompt of what I'm looking for and help streamline the process of what I'm trying to do. As someone relatively new to Miro, the AI system helps make things very clear for me, and rather than having to learn everything myself, I just use AI. It gives me ideas of what to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's a lot of variables to learn, especially if you're a newcomer. There's a lot of different drafts to do. I think there should be a tutorial of the different things that you can do with Miro beforehand, like a series of videos of how-tos and what I need to know. Probably the most difficult part about the interface is learning what needs to be done, but I think it can definitely be improved. It was bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of visualizing ideas, helping me map out my thoughts clearly to share with my team. Its AI assists in creating drafts and streamlining processes, making it easier for me as a newcomer to understand what to do.
My go-to tool for visual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Miro regularly and since the early days. I really appreciate how natural Miro feels to use. Whenever I work with it, I get the impression of using a real whiteboard, only without being restricted by the boundaries of a physical space. It helps me capture ideas quickly and makes collaborating with my colleagues both smooth and enjoyable. I also value how it adapts to my needs, whether I'm making a quick sketch, running a workshop, or planning an entire project. The template library has also grown in an amazing way and makes workshops preparations so much more fun. Over time, it has become one of those tools I instinctively turn to because it integrates seamlessly with my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see that new users sometimes feel lost at the beginning of using Miro and are a bit overwhelmed on where to start because there is so much to explore. In those situations I would love even clearer guidance or a lighter starting experience and maybe also a default option to follow the host or owner of the board. Apart from that, I feel very comfortable using Miro and appreciate how much it supports my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Miro for workshops and to map out complex topics. I find that it helps me transform scattered ideas into a clear, structured format that’s easy to understand. When collaborating with colleagues, Miro provides a space where everyone can contribute their thoughts without disrupting the flow, making brainstorming sessions feel both natural and productive.
During workshops, it assists me in guiding groups through discussions by making everything visual and accessible in real time. This approach reduces confusion and enables teams to reach alignment more quickly. Overall, Miro offers me a straightforward way to bring clarity to complex subjects and to collaborate in a manner that feels engaging for everyone involved.

Great for Collaboration, But Needs a UI Refresh
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro provides a single source of truth for all the information about a single project. It's really helpful because I can upload Excel sheets or create notes, and have one place that can be shared with all the stakeholders around the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the interface is getting old and a bit cluttered. So that's maybe the reason why a lot of companies, even ours, is deciding if FigJam might be better in this case because it's much more simple for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for usability testing and analysis. It's great for affinity mapping and provides a single source of truth. I can upload Excel sheets or create notes, sharing everything in one place with stakeholders across the company.
Simplifies Diagram Creation, Lacks Ready-Made Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro to create ERD diagrams and data warehouse models. It made the connections between tables easy and well organized. I like its ease of use and being able to share the board, which makes the board super easy to customize and adjust. Also, the line ends do exactly resemble what I need. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess having templates for databases or ERDs or tables connected already would cut the work time in half for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes connecting tables easy and well-organized, while allowing board customization and sharing with the team.
Efficiency and Collaboration at the Top, But Difficult to Handle
What do you like best about the product?
I find that using Miro is smooth and interesting. The features are really numerous, which is a plus for me. I also increasingly like using Miro's artificial intelligence to quickly synthesize and group certain ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the challenge is significant for users who are coming to Miro for the first time. Sometimes, the way to move sticky notes, add sticky notes, and navigate the interface is not always easy for new users. It happens that someone new starts moving large blocks instead of sticky notes, which often requires locking certain elements to avoid chaos. The initial setup was not easy either, as it required some training and support for some people on the team. Organizing the boards in the account is also difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro improves team efficiency and facilitates idea management during meetings. It offers visual support to better track and agree on the ideas exchanged.

Collaborative and Intuitive, But Resource-Intensive
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for presenting ideas and participating in dynamics for ideation and discovery. I appreciate the possibility of keeping everyone on the same page, with the opportunity to bring something visual alongside speech and before anything textual. I like the potential of mimicking face-to-face meetings and being collaborative, allowing me to design, show, and express ideas even remotely. The initial setup was easy and very intuitive.

The browser is using a lot of memory when Miro is open. At a certain point, CPU usage becomes extremely high and starts to freeze the entire computer.
