The perfect digital map of my mental process, scaling complex ideas down to their core components
What do you like best about the product?
Facilitate Dynamic Ideation: For remote collaboration, its real-time functionality is flawless. Whether it’s brainstorming, dropping in individual ideas, notes, or suggestions via sticky notes, the simultaneous contribution feature ensures that everyone's voice is heard without being limited by a single speaker. It genuinely replicates the energy of an in-person workshop and mostly it captures all information.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I have struggled with is template selection. Despite using Miro daily, I often find myself falling back on my own established tables and layouts because the sheer number of available templates is overwhelming. You are expected to know which template to search for (e.g., "SWOT Analysis" vs. "Four Quadrant Matrix"), and this friction can unfortunately prevent me from experimenting with more efficient, ready-made layouts. A more guided or purpose-driven template library would be a welcome improvement for users like me who want to evolve their daily usage but struggle to identify the correct starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the perfect digital map of my mental process, scaling complex ideas down to their core components, eliminating the superfluous, and clearly charting the path to achieving a project's final goal.
Replaced our physical whiteboard and sticky note with collaboration for remote team members.
What do you like best about the product?
In the past, we used a physical whiteboard and sticky notes to track tasks across the different disciplines and would take pictures and upload everyday for our remote team members. With Miro, the easy-to-use whiteboard interface moves all of that to an online collaboration tool that every team member has access to and can see the live version at any time. Plus adding, moving, and removing sticky notes is much easier when it's all digital.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sticky notes appear to be missing formatting functions like adding bulleted lists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows real-time collaboration with remote team members so we no longer have to take pictures of our whiteboard and upload to a shared space.
A must-have for collaborative design and strategy workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Miro really helps keep remote teams on the same page. It’s great for running design thinking workshops, mapping roadmaps, or just organizing ideas together. Even though we’re not in the same room, it feels like we’re working side by side.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is moving from idea generation to concrete action. Miro could improve with more built-in templates or features to help structure brainstorming outcomes into action plans or reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of keeping distributed teams aligned on product strategy and prioritization. It gives us a shared space to capture ideas, structure discussions, and evaluate options with stakeholders. This makes backlog creation and roadmap planning more efficient, ensuring decisions are transparent and collaborative.
Wonderful & Amazing Good to use Software
What do you like best about the product?
The very intiutive user experience , everything is very simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to use the infinite space very haphazardly which led to clutter of infinite number of frames, then i need to spend huge amount of times on it to organize, so i want to have a feature out here which can aid in organising my content

The huge intricacies in our trade, a platform which helps us translate our complex requirements into something which layman's can easily understand
Structure & fun
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to organize my ideas and thoughts, especially when brainstorming with my team. It’s also helpful for creating various diagrams and workflows. As a marketer, I truly value the wide selection of ready-made templates, the range of styles, and the overall flexibility the platform offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues so far. Perhaps it would be nice to have even more templates available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all ideas together in a single location makes it much easier to stay organized. The visually appealing boards also help when presenting to stakeholders, making the information more engaging and accessible.
The most comprehensive digital whiteboard on the market
What do you like best about the product?
An impressive array of native features allows you to gather all office tools in one place. Communication with more specific tools, like Jira or Google, is also possible. The interface is user-friendly, and the integration of AI offers real opportunities to work with and enhance data. Everyone is looking for a simple tool that allows you to do many things, and I found MIRO ^^
What do you dislike about the product?
The organizational chart feature does not allow grouping or ungrouping of branches. This remains a detail, given the infinite possible uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have an overview of a subject in one place is a real advantage. In general, using several different tools does not facilitate this global vision and makes transitioning from one subject to another more complex.
Essential Tool for my Work

I like the collaboration features and the flexibility to build anything to my liking. I use it for wireframing, process flows, product roadmap brainstorming and prioritisation and everything in between. It is easy for everyone in my team to adopt whether technical or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my board gets too cluttered because I am trying to do everything all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote team and we can't do whiteboarding sessions in real life so being able to do it virtually is beneficial. In addition, it is a lot quicker to type and use miro than having to write everything out.

A Game-Changer for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy it is to use Miro, making it simple to get started without hassle. I appreciate its ability to facilitate effective brainstorming, workshops, and design thinking remotely, replicating traditional whiteboard tasks but much faster. The digital benefits like copy-pasting, embedding, and using structured content like tables and Kanban boards significantly enhance productivity. The sticky notes feature is incredibly useful for organizing thoughts, conveying ideas, and collaborating visually in a way that written documents can't. Being able to revisit digital records from years ago without recreating them is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some issues with Miro's handling of structured data. Although we use features like Kanban boards, I cannot filter to show only tickets assigned to me or those that are in progress. This limitation makes it challenging to streamline workflows and manage tasks efficiently. Additionally, there's a need to copy and paste data in multiple places, leading to confusion about which version is the source of truth. This fluidity in data management requires significant discipline to handle and could be improved with more intuitive features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro accelerates remote collaboration and eases brainstorming with digital tools, eliminating waste and enabling global teamwork. Its intuitive setup allows my team to work efficiently across distances, preserving ideas and documents for long-term access.
MIRO is super versatile and great for team collaboration and hands-on workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to use. It's very intuitive and the colour options are great. It's easy to move and cluster ideas, colour code them and link them with arrows to show their relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI function could use some more work. We have notices that if we ask for summaries it invents stuff that is not on the board which is not great, as we are a team of researchers and need to stay true to the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MIRO for client workshops, internal team meetings/discussions (i.e. strategy, professional development) and for qualitative analysis. It's super helpful due to it's versatility.
