Transformative Collaborative Workspace for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro because it provides a visual collaborative online workspace where teams can think, plan, and work together in real time. It's very useful as multiple people can write, draw, or add ideas at the same time. I appreciate how teams can map workflows, create command boards, and road maps and timelines. Miro is particularly beneficial for product design, UX, agile teams, and strategic planning, keeping ideas, documents, images, and discussions all in one place. The initial setup was very easy and very handy.

Perfect for Collaborative Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's collaboration and visualization capabilities, allowing easy collaboration and flexible visualization for project management. I appreciate being able to place different kinds of objects in a free-form way, which lets me draw connections where they make the most sense and move things around as ideas shift. The availability of lots of templates and objects to work with is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if things scaled relative to the other objects that were placed around them. Sometimes when I place a new object down, it appears extremely small and I have to resize it. It would be nice if Miro automatically accounted for the size of other objects in my frame of work and put down objects that were appropriately size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows easy collaboration and flexible visualization, letting me place different objects freely to draw connections and move things as ideas shift.

Easy to Use but Lacking Prototyping Features and confusing for account management
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that Miro seems pretty easy to use. It seems like it's easier and less intimidating for people to get up to speed with it. Even though it doesn't feel like it's as fully functional as FigJam and Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the prototyping process in Miro cumbersome. Compared to tools like Figma and FigJam, creating something like a storyboard involves a lot of extra steps, which doesn't give the rapid ease I'm used to with other software. It feels like Miro is a bit behind the curve, especially for prototyping time-based experiences or using AI. Also, the setup process was confusing for me because I had an old account, and transitioning to a consulting account wasn't straightforward. It doesn't give me confidence to use it with clients, which makes me worry it might cause friction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Miro solves for me is asynchronous and synchronous collaboration, especially asynchronously, with both internal team members and clients.
Intuitive Design, But Lacks Precise Control
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's UI because it's very easy to use and very fast to make any flow chart. I also appreciate the infinite space that allows me to create any chart, document, or sheet. Additionally, Miro helps me visualize plans and effectively explain them to stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy for my team, making it a user-friendly tool overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no parametric designing, I mean the blocks and every other feature are very good but for a person who wants everything to be numbered, there is no way I can put size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create flow charts for project plans, helping me visualize and explain the plan to stakeholders.
Powerful Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro a lot for team collaboration. It's particularly valuable for product managers and IT professionals as it strengthens workflow and makes collaboration much easier. I appreciate being able to resolve the problem of multiple ideas by putting all the stuff together on a single board. The templates are a fantastic feature, letting me organize all my templates clearly with the right date and place. Whenever I face an issue or need to plan, I can select the specific template that fits my purpose, making my work faster and more effective. The timer and user collaboration features are also something I like about Miro. It allows me to work more efficiently with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues with large boards becoming slow or laggy, and heavy templates or too many widgets make working difficult. Navigation on big boards is troublesome, requiring tiring zooming in and out. For beginners, there are too many tools visible, making it overwhelming and hard to learn their locations. The mobile app isn't as smooth as the desktop version, and moving objects on a small screen is challenging. Managing and organizing custom templates is confusing, with template searching inside boards needing improvement. Collaboration notifications can be excessive or irrelevant, and tracking changes manually is necessary. Exporting high-quality PDFs or images doesn't capture everything perfectly, with formatting changing after export. Integrations aren't seamless with tools like Jira and Notion, and syncing issues occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us consolidate multiple ideas into a single board, making collaboration easier. It allows me to organize templates efficiently, streamlining workflows and enhancing team efficiency. The ability to work with tailored templates for each task makes my work faster and more effective.
Fast, Collaborative, and Intuitive Whiteboarding Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro helps me create traditional physical boards digitally. It's fast and not laggy, which is great. I also appreciate how I can copy and paste any material like sticky pads, images, and flow diagrams, which most other platforms don't allow. Managing large boards with ease is another benefit I enjoy. I like how I can create and share things with teammates for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does not allow downloading high quality work. I understand the model but it should at least allow to download stuff in good quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro digitizes traditional physical boards and allows easy copying and pasting of materials that other platforms don't. It's fast and not laggy, letting me create and share with teammates for collaboration.
Versatile Creative Tool with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the templates, and the post notes are super easy to use. I also like the mind map feature because whenever I'm writing a paper, it really helps me connect all the ideas and organize them. I can easily put arrows down to see which thoughts are related. The initial setup of Miro is super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's really good, overall. I mean, one thing I would fix is that I have a free account, and it says that I'm editing other boards, but those other boards aren't mine. And I can't figure out how to leave those boards. So if there was a way to leave those boards that you can make your own board, that would be great because people add me to boards, and I don't even wanna be on those boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves creative barriers, helps bring people on the same page, creates consensus, and organizes complex information interactively. I use it for vision boards, project management, and as a colorful checklist for personal and collaborative projects.
