  • December 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has enough tools but is still easy to use, and the templates are a big help. Starting with a template makes it easy to get going, and I can then customize as needed. The initial setup of Miro was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is heavy software and requires a high-speed internet connection and a decent computer for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for developing concepts, workshopping, and business management. It has enough tools and templates that make it easy to start and customize my projects.

easy to use, undestandable and intuitive, simple to interact with & Create visuals & bring ideas to life. we have it implemented with Slack & we try to integrate new team members into using it so we can have a view on thier work.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Loading time on some big Spaces is long, especially where a large team is working simultaniously like in refinment sessions or User Flow Creation spaces, the Templates are good but they're not used as often if not at all by us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a Go to tool when needing to Bring ideas to life and create Visuals without beign too complicated or fancy or formal, it's a Lot simpler and faster to run than Figma Boards. gathers the entire team together

Easy to Use with Great Formatting, Needs Auto Layout Improvements

  • December 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for building marketing funnels and running whiteboarding sessions. It's an easy-to-use tool that allows me to show complex flowcharts in just a few minutes, and it's easy to understand even for non-users. I like that all the options are right in front of you to pick from, and I find the formatting options really helpful for differentiating different elements in a complex chart. The initial setup just needed a Google login, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest pain is arrows crossing over each other. I wish there was a way the system or AI would recommend a cleaner flow or automatically straighten a crooked arrow or an arrow crossing over another one... this takes up a LOT of manual labor. it also needs a better shapes library, especially labeled for function type so it's easy to pick the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for building marketing funnels and whiteboarding sessions. It's easy to use, simplifies creating complex flowcharts quickly, and makes them understandable even for non-users.

Empowers Visual Communication with Ease

  • December 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for my university degree in visual communication, and it really helps me make visual and mood boards. I like that it offers a large and somewhat infinite board, which is great for saving things I like. I also appreciate how links look good and profound when I add them, as they come with a little summary and a photo of the site, which makes me want to click on them and enhances the aesthetic appeal of my mood boards. The initial setup was rather easy, which was a nice surprise for me as a new user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'teams' feature was confusing. I use it with a student subscription and at first I didn’t understand that there’s an educational team that is free to use and has all the features that I wanted to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the need for a large, infinite board to save things I like. Adding links looks good and profound, making my mood boards more aesthetically pleasing and interactive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how collaborative it is. it is very easy to work in team projects and section things off to keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how hard it is to find certain information. You'd have to know exactly where the information was placed to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming ideas for a project as well as combined research and notes/ diagrams to be documented that could be useful.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

  • December 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for nearly four years. I gravitated to it not due to its templates but due to its ability to allow me to write and draw freestyle. In order to prepare educational audio/video presentations I needed a whiteboard whose layout allowed ease of access. The tools that I use the most are pens, eraser, selection, and move. When your goal in creating the videos is to present difficult material in an understandable and readable way you need a writing tool that draws sharp lettering and figures, changes colors quickly, and is easily accessible in a menu. Miro has all of that as well as the ability to quickly change between not one but three colors of pens and to resize the pen tip. My work involves writing detailed mathematics on the whiteboard. Anything other than sharp lettering would lead to an unreadable and unusable outcome. Over the years, changes have been made by the Miro staff to the layout of the tools as well as introducing new ones. They may have at times moved things around but never in such a manner that it hindered my work or made me feel the need to once again search for a new system. I would be amiss if I didn’t mention that it has many other tools at your disposal even for freestyle work that I have used from time to time. Precise shape templates as well as smart drawing are just two of many. Like I said earlier, I cannot speak to template use but as a freestyle writing system, it was the best I found years ago and it continues to perform exceptionally well to this day.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the features that I primarily use, I have found nothing that causes difficulty with my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to prepare educational audio/video presentations.

Excellent for Remote Collaboration and Creative Teamwork

  • December 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is excellent for collaboration and co-creation, making it especially valuable and easy to use when working with remote teams. Its flexibility allows for a wide range of uses, and I really appreciate the templates, which inspire new ideas and help me accomplish even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I need to share the results in another forum, it becomes a challenge. It's not a straightforward process to integrate with other presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating a group discussion while ensuring that everyone participates in documenting and expanding on ideas.
