Intuitive and Collaborative, But Needs Polling Upgrades
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for my development project workshops, which involve a large group of people. It's really helpful for brainwriting activities. I love that Miro provides an easy-to-use tool for our development group, especially since not everyone is great with IT solutions, yet they all do a great job with Miro. The intuitive UI is a big plus, making it very easy to use. I also find the templates very useful, and I appreciate that the results are easily exported from Miro. Collecting results for a new report is a breeze because the export function gives me topics that I can attach to my report template. The initial setup was very easy, and sharing board links is simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm using the polling feature, I won't get the polling results to export file. I feel I can't easily do different kinds of polling, like categorizing pollings from most important to not so important and it seems to me it can't be done. Also, I would like to lock my Miro board so that users can't change some of the content but I have not succeeded yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an easy-to-use tool for development group workshops, allowing everyone to influence work. The intuitive UI and templates are great, especially for users less skilled with IT, and exporting results simplifies reporting.

I really like Miro for its design and aesthetic, which makes it visually appealing for problem-solving and idea sketching. I also enjoy the infinite canvas feature—it feels limitless and is perfect for brainstorming sessions. The initial setup was really easy, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending Miro to a friend or colleague a 9 out of 10.

Perhaps making curved paths, it's difficult to make them using double click I think.

I create diagrams, which helps others better understand how processes function.
Visual, Collaborative, and AI-Powered Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for putting down my thoughts. The platform is easy to use, which makes collaboration with my team seamless. I love the cross-device sync feature and the simplicity of the interface. The AI capabilities are impressive as they speed up my workflow by doing 60-70% of the work for me once I dump my thoughts. I also appreciate the vast array of templates available, which are very helpful for various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me put all my thoughts into visuals, making it easier for my team to understand and discuss ideas. It also allows us to see hidden aspects of a project when things are clearer.
Great for Visual Mapping and Linking Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like that objects in one frame can be linked to objects in another frame, which helps me as a financial planning and analysis accountant to link operational and financial processes in Miro. This feature makes it easy to map out processes and link specific activities within the process to another frame containing financial statement breakdowns, facilitating communication of ideas to finance and non-finance stakeholders. Additionally, I found the initial setup fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can be a bit tricky because moving around the board requires me to right-click, otherwise I accidentally select or move objects if I left-click on my mouse. It's not really an issue, but something to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me quickly put down ideas and see high-level perspectives on processes, and I can link objects between frames, which aids in planning and communicating financial and operational processes.
