User-Friendly Platform Elevates Our Brainstorming with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming ideas and appreciate its simplicity and user-friendly nature. I don't have to be tech-savvy to use it, and it's good to go, which I prefer over Figma for use cases like mine. Miro allows me to see everything in one place, using colors to bring ideas to life, making things attractive and engaging. I can easily create and share boards, write on them, and design quick wireframes to share ideas with designers. The setup was also very easy and fast, without any hassle. I find Miro quite valuable for integrating and visualizing our products' technical architecture, as it helps align our product with integration strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one additional feature that can make sense is integration. For users like myself who use Miro to create prototype wireframes, if there was a good way to migrate designs to Figma or any other design tool, like maybe copy and paste, that would make sense.

There's no easy way to access symbols and logos, for example the logos of technical tools to develop a workflow diagram. I would prefer if it had symbols like in eraser.io

Transforms Ideas into Clear, Valuable Mind Maps
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it allows me to take the ideas out of my head and create mind maps with my ideas in a way that the client sees value in and understands as best as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point, in my opinion, is the limitation of space and projects in the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a media analyst, using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other tools. My challenge was to create a new campaign structure and present it to the client.
Using Miro, I was able to create this basic structure, present it to the client, and because it's visually appealing and easy to understand, the client approved it.
I've already recommended the template to other colleagues at work in case they need it.

Great for Collaboration, Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro really useful for collaboration during training, as it solves issues with working together online. It's great how participants can input their ideas on a shared space as if they were together. I like that it's easy to move around the board without restriction, offering plenty of space to play around with. The functionalities are also great, like the ability to eliminate cursor noise if you don't want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning common mouse functionality with general functions, like zooming a page, might help new users find the application welcoming rather than frustrating at first use. The initial setup was quite difficult, with lots of steps. It could be simpler, like entering your email and receiving a link to connect immediately, rather than collecting so much data.

I appreciate the beautiful and easy-to-follow templates that save me from starting from scratch, along with the nice elements that complement my presentations. The vibrant brand of Miro is refreshing, making it not feel overwhelming even when I'm handling multiple projects at once. Setting up Miro initially was also pretty easy.

Collaborative and Accessible, Minor Feature Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the open board for my designs and the collaborative aspect of it where anyone can jump in and contribute. I appreciate how accessible and easy to use it is. It has many templates to choose from, which is helpful because I often start with a template and adjust them to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the lack of options in some areas. Also, the difficulty of making connecting arrows snap in place is frustrating.

Empowers Creative Collaboration, Needs Better Setup Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the creativity aspect of Miro, especially the colors and the ability to divide information into different sections. It has a visual impact that makes collaboration more engaging, and people can respond and tag others easily. You can see when people reply and observe any changes, gradually creating a more complete document that's easy to access. Miro helps me work with teams by compiling a comprehensive document that can be expanded to include more members. It keeps everything interesting with features like adding Excel sheets, tables, and even stickers, making it not just boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be really handy to have a feature that helps summarize what is being inputted into a specific section. Creating an automatic summary would be useful because right now I have to manually organize agreed points with colleagues, making it cumbersome to find specific information. Also, the initial setup was a bit frustrating for me because I needed someone to guide me, especially with mouse clicks and scrolling, which is a bit confusing. It felt like I had to relearn how to use it. It gets cluttered with information, and there needs to be a system to help declutter and consolidate the document. Maybe more help at the beginning with setup through actionable guides or training would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with team members on brainstorming ideas, improving products, and sharing knowledge. It helps us divide work into sections with color coding, improves visual impact, and allows tagging and tracking changes, making our work more organized and accessible.
