My experience with miro

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been one of the easiest websites for me to use. I really appreciate that you can create multiple Miro boards and collaborate or share everything within a single board. This makes working together much simpler, especially when sharing university work and receiving feedback, since you don’t have to send countless emails back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't say there's anything I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access shared files has been very helpful for me.

Never underestimate the power of visualizing data/ideas

  • September 30, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Miro to make boards for clients - an HQ that houses big ideas like strategy, all the way down to nitty gritty docs and action items. Clients love the interactivity, and it's hit home for my team how powerful simple visualization can be. The idea or project is always valuable, but being able to show it instead of explain it never fails to impress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The only thing that comes to mind is trying to export a Miro table to CSV / Excel - the data does not populate well. I also wish it played nicer with ChatGPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has become my headquarters for brnad strategy and marketing clients as a whole. Instead of organizing everything in GDrive or Sharepoint, I have Miro gameboards. It's more fun internally, and clients always seem pleased with the visuals and interactivity.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its ease of use and ease of integration with other tools, which makes collaboration seamless across teams. We use it frequently thanks to its rich number of features, and the ease of implementation and responsive customer support made adoption quick and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a wide number of features, it can take a little time for new users to fully explore them, but the overall ease of use improves quickly with regular frequency of use. Some advanced integration setups may require extra configuration, but the helpful customer support and smooth ease of implementation make the process manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the challenge of remote and cross-functional team collaboration by proving a centralized, interactive space where ideas, plans and workflows can be visualized in real time. This has greatly improved alignment, reduced meeting times, and boosted team productivity by enabling seamless visual collaboration, faster decision-making, and more engaging brainstorming sessions - regardless of location.

Excellent software for software development teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone in our team used to use a "Big Book Of Ideas" which were just very large sketch books. We would use them for project idea's, work flow design and other parts of developing software. The problem. We were loosing the papers when we would have to rip them out to share with each other. Emails back and forth would get lost about projects. And generally when sharing ideas we would forget things.

Now we have one spot on Miro for a project to share/develop everything. It's really nice that everything can be on one board. It's nice how easy it was to start using. There are also lot's of feature's for developing your software which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I can find with miro is the inability to somehow printout your board. Or export your board in any way besides taking a screenshot and saving that as a pdf. It would be nice if there was a button in miro that did that for you.

There are also so many amazing features we have no idea how to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access Miro wherever and whenever is the best solution about Miro board! Also, being able to collaborate and tell clients they have free access to it to add their thoughts and feedback has been the most efficient use of Miro. The ability the have everything live in all one area is absolutely great! It is my number one collaboration tool that I use all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to not being able to mirror an image! Or when a board gets too big you cannot access it on your phone which tends to be an issue especially when away from the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything all in one place and being able to present more efficiently.

Every single thought you have? No fuss with Miro

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive, easy to use. Even if you don't have "technical" training for it, you can start using it to bring your ideas to life. With time, you can learn more tools and squeeze more out of this amazing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great to have a custom zoom size, like a size that comes for default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me bring my ideas to a tangible surface, I see my trains of thought, the flows, the prototypes. There's a lot of noise around us, and with Miro you can bring your brainstorms to reality and distinguish noise from signals.

Something which has shaped the way we present

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a game-changer for Quizizz in building and refining our sales playbook. It gave us a single, visual workspace where we could map out the entire sales journey—from prospecting to closing—while keeping everything dynamic and easy to update. Instead of juggling static documents and scattered notes, our team could collaborate in real time, brainstorm strategies, and quickly adapt plays as we learned from the field. The clarity and structure that Miro provides not only helped us align across teams but also made it easier to onboard new reps with a clear, interactive guide. Personally, I really like it because it simplifies complex processes into a format that feels intuitive and engaging, almost like storytelling on a canvas. It makes strategy sessions more creative, collaborative, and productive, which keeps me motivated and focused on driving results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am tried my best to come up with something I dislike, but couldn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us solve the challenge of scattered communication and fragmented resources when it comes to sales strategy. Before, we had bits and pieces of our playbook spread across decks, docs, and emails, which made it hard to maintain consistency and alignment across the team. With Miro, everything lives in one interactive space where we can visualize workflows, update plays in real time, and collaborate seamlessly across functions. This has eliminated silos, sped up decision-making, and made it easier to keep our sales approach agile. For me personally, the biggest benefit is how engaging and intuitive it is—it turns complex processes into clear, visual maps that are easy to follow and easy to improve. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes collaboration feel natural, which ultimately helps us close deals more effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for sketching sessions and to share ideas with others.

What do you like best about the product?
What do you like best about Miro
Miro is very intuitive and easy to understand, which made the implementation smooth. It helps to clearly visualize different types of tasks, with plenty of colors and shapes for complex schemes. I like that I can easily share boards with my teammates, and the customer support is reliable. The tool integrates well with other services, and I use it a couple of times per week without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the interface takes a bit of time to get used to. Also, there is a limit on the number of free editable and shareable boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a clear visual overview of processes and helps to map the entire customer journey. When working with colleagues, we can quickly build new branches of the journey or rework outdated schemes, which saves time and makes collaboration much more effective.
