Transformative Tool for Team Collaboration

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for team collaboration and project alignment. It's amazing to have a place where we can all work together at the same time without any downtime. I love the kanban board as it allows the team to track who is doing which task. Whenever I want a feature, I just search for it and there it is; it has everything I can think of. The initial setup was very fast and very easy, even for a PM with no technical background. Miro is way more than enough, and honestly, I love it; it's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe Miro could add a voice memo feature and a to-do list as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers a space for team collaboration without downtime and includes a Kanban board to track tasks, making it invaluable for project alignment.

Intuitive Collaboration with Room for AI Improvement

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for mapping workflows, user journeys, sharing feedback, and brainstorming activities. It helps with easy collaboration, and the AI capabilities are great for quick analysis. I particularly appreciate Miro AI for dealing with high-volume data, as it works well for themes and consolidation. I also love the pre-made workflows and templates which make charts and journey maps look neat and presentable, great for sharing with stakeholders. The initial setup was super easy, and even though I sometimes struggle with the sharing settings, it's an easy fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI needs more moods and provides high-level results during thematic analysis, lacking in-depth insights. Sometimes, I'd like to chat and make specific updates, but that's missing. Also, I occasionally struggle with the sharing settings, although it's an easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for mapping workflows, sharing feedback, and brainstorming. It helps in easy collaboration, and its AI capabilities aid in quick analysis and data consolidation. The pre-made workflows and templates are visually pleasing and great for sharing with stakeholders.

Miro Supercharges Real-Time Collaboration and Turns Research into Clear Insights

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro as a Product Designer is how it enables real-time collaborative thinking. It allows designers, product managers, and engineers to explore ideas together on a shared canvas, which makes discovery sessions, workshops, and retrospectives much more dynamic. Instead of documenting outcomes after meetings, the team can build the artifact together during the conversation, which improves alignment and speeds up decision-making. Another thing I value is how Miro helps transform messy information into structured insights. During research and discovery, I often start by gathering notes, quotes, and observations, then cluster them through affinity mapping to identify patterns and opportunities. The infinite canvas makes it easy to visualize complex systems, user journeys, and product ecosystems, which is especially helpful when working on large or technical products.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Miro is that boards can become messy and difficult to navigate over time. Because the canvas is infinite and very flexible, teams sometimes keep adding content without structure, which makes it harder to find information later. Without clear organization or facilitation, large boards can turn into visual clutter instead of helping people understand the problem. Another challenge is that Miro is great for exploration but not always ideal for maintaining long-term documentation. Insights generated during workshops or research synthesis often need to be reorganized and transferred to more structured tools like documentation platforms or product specs. This extra step can create some friction in the workflow, especially when teams want to keep knowledge accessible and easy to reference over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration during product discovery and planning. In many teams, ideas, research notes, diagrams, and discussions end up scattered across different tools and meetings. Miro brings those elements together into a single shared visual space where teams can brainstorm, map flows, synthesize research, and align on solutions in real time. For me as a Product Designer, this benefits my work by making collaboration faster and more transparent. I can facilitate workshops, organize research insights through affinity mapping, and visually explain complex systems or user journeys to stakeholders. This helps the team reach shared understanding more quickly, reduces miscommunication, and supports better product decisions earlier in the design process.

Essential for Teaching Flexibility and Visual Communication

  • April 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for teaching my international students and find it incredibly useful for collaboration. The ability to draw, highlight, and write on the board is made very easy by Miro, which is a lifesaver for my teaching needs. I appreciate being able to teach anytime and anywhere, all on my terms. The visual tools like the highlighter and text options with various colors and thicknesses enhance my visual communication during teaching. Setting up Miro was very easy, just a sign in with Gmail and go. It's self-explanatory. Miro has become my go-to tool for teaching, and I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on the mobile, the board takes a lot of time to load. Sometimes it says the board size too large to load. The biggest pain point is sometimes I don't see where the student is on the board. Perhaps a one click to take me to the student's cursor with the view fit would be very helpful. This problem is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate, draw, highlight, and write on a board, making teaching easy. It's a lifesaver, allowing me to teach anytime, anywhere, on my terms.

Intuitive and Fun, But Needs Minor Fixes

  • April 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's UI, features, and its integration with external tools for icons and images. It's very easy and fun to create something that's on my mind, based on product or customer requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small bugs like an issue with layers make it difficult to move an item backwards if there's another item on it. Sometimes there's a bug where an image doesn't load, no matter what I do, and I have to delete it and upload it again. It happens with random images. Additionally, I wish there was an easier way to move between dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating product architectures, network flows, and images for documents. Its UI, features, and integrations make it easy and fun to create based on product or customer requirements.

Versatile Visualization Tool with Learning Curve

  • April 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sticky notes feature and the drag-and-drop functionality in Miro. It's easy to use anything within the dashboard by just dragging and dropping everything, which helps me write down the things currently on my mind and figure out how to implement them. For our team, it also helps to properly organize tasks and clearly mention what everyone has to do. I also mainly use the table feature as it lets me easily visualize data, and the prototype feature gives us a clear visual of what we have to do and will do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's too messy and hard to handle, especially for beginners. The whole workflow can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my research and ideas in one place, helping to visualize with tables, designs, and sticky notes. Its drag-and-drop feature helps me easily jot down ideas and organize tasks for my team.

Beautiful Design and UX for Effortlessly Harmonious Visuals

  • April 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very well designed, both in terms of aesthetics and UX. The colors are well harmonized, which makes it easy to create cohesive and attractive visuals for my presentations and papers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive, and I think it would be better to have different pricing in different countries where the currency is less valuable than US dollars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for scientific research and product development, and it gives me a way to keep everything on a single board. This makes it easier to visualize and organize complex ideas and processes, and also to synthesize them into beautiful diagrams.

I love the AI and the amazing tools in Miro, which make it work faster for learning. The ability to create tables and graphs in Miro improves my teaching methods and helps keep things organized. As a teacher, the speed and efficiency these tools provide are essential in my teaching process. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was super easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation process not always works, as it has been recently crashing and not creating any lessons. Also, when creating slides and using the eraser, I can't move the screen, and it seems to crash all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intuitive, convenient, and free!

  • April 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Miro everything is intuitively understandable thanks to the simple and convenient design; there's no need to read instructions to work with the application, just press a button and do your tasks. I also like that you can view the board together with friends and colleagues. In addition to this, the board is infinite, and it can be expanded in any direction. Often, it is also free. Miro is more convenient, structured, and visually clear compared to previously used tools, and it doesn't lag, even if there are many images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe add some AI to Miro itself, for example, when writing text, error correction, or voice input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for presentations and creative projects because it is intuitive, convenient, and allows for collaboration with colleagues. Switching to Miro from Google Docs made our work more structured and visually clear without any lag.
