Project Facilitator with Rich Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple functions that Miro offers, such as the ability to place calendars, create ideas and beautiful interfaces, and centralize various information in one place. I also appreciate how Miro facilitated our organization's annual planning, allowing us to quickly create pages with calendars, posts, and notepads. Additionally, Miro provides a space for me to reserve ideas, plan projects, and visualize everything clearly. I use Miro to facilitate my processes, and it helps me store ideas and information that might otherwise be lost. It was very easy and quick to set up Miro, without any uncomfortable feelings, which is also a positive point. Overall, I give a score of 10 for the likelihood of recommending Miro to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that more functions could be improved for those who work with non-governmental organizations. So having the functionality to create smaller pages, because I believe that sometimes my notebook can't handle such a large size and to be able to work so agilely, you know? So sometimes it takes a little time to be able to work on the corn and also to be able to add other people, which I think could improve this function of being able to add guests by sharing the link more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates project planning, creates a space to store ideas and visualize projects. It centralizes information and allows for agile remote collaboration, making annual planning efficient.
Intuitive, Real-Time Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see what others are doing in real time and to follow their cursor. It is great for our brainstorming meetings where we can see the cards that others are adding, and it allows you to bring new insights into your reasoning. It is very intuitive, and anyone can facilitate meetings using some template Miro board. The initial setup was very easy; I just used it to explore existing boards and frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
When following someone's cursor, sometimes it is a bit difficult to know exactly what they are pointing to. Maybe there could be an improved presentation mode to make the presentation process even more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create timelines, boards, and align our team visually and understandably. It helps define product roadmaps, brainstorm, and design sprints effectively.
Impeccable organization and remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to work with remote teams. the features of time, voting, and all that make the work more organized. also, you can make comments and leave notes so that the rest of the team understands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. There is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is remote, so we don't have a physical board where we can debate and share ideas. Miro makes it easy for us. It has features that allow us to collaborate from our corner of the world and feel like we are in front of the same board. I use it a lot to explain things and to be able to draw as if I were in front of people!
Intuitive Tool for Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really love making boards at Miro. The UI is simply amazing and intuitive, which makes it easy to work with. It really helps in collaborating with the whole team and brings my projects to life. I enjoy the infinite canvas, sticky notes, and visual appeal to the board, as well as the real-time collaboration. The pre-built templates are really helpful. I can draw diagrams, assign tasks to people, collaborate on their thoughts about the topic, simplify their answers through sidekick AI, and add cards for actionable tasks. The colors and themes are visually appealing and delightful. Adding frames, icons, and flowcharts helps shape a process and my thoughts visually, and the infinite canvas helps to connect dot points. The initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive.

Great for Drafting Ideas, But Export Quality Needs Improvement
