I use Miro to organize ideas, create workflows, and support our product development activities. I find the user experience and the beauty of its artistic approach very appealing. Even though I'm not graphically sophisticated, Miro makes me feel like I am creating something high quality. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

Exceptional Collaboration for Teams Anywhere

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Collaboration Aspect for Teams as well as the ability to 'draw out' ideas and work together on them; regardess of location of the user /team-mate

Super easy to create an account and get to work - very intuitive with starting a board/idea section. The templates are also helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality to move around the board still tricks me up a bit.
This could also be perhaps due to the fact that I am not in the application as much as others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Management - Features and Timelines for Features
Product Management - User Requests/Amounts
Product Management - User Workflows
SCRUM - Retro's and SCRUM board(s) for teams
Team Building - Activities to work with and click on for fun/within a team

Idea Board for Team
Project and Team Assignments and Org Chart updates

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the versatility and UI of Miro; it's very easy to use and fun to interact with. It has great features and is high in utility. Setting it up was easy, and it's integrated into our business operations and planning efficiently. As part of our setup, we connected it to ChatGPT, which enhances how we use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking for our workflows has a couple of minor issues. The links don't always navigate directly to the part being linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for workflows, kanban boards, and whiteboarding, solving time management, brainstorming, and project management challenges with flexibility.

Efficient Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's usability and customization. It allows me to brand any artifact and easily organize data. As a UX designer, these features are valuable because I need to document solutions and ideas quickly. Miro lets me do that easily through their templates, easy-to-use toolbar, stickers, and drawing tools. Also, the templates are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish sharing and workplace management was better. Sometimes it just won't add someone, sharing is tricky, and export settings can be frustrating. Better messaging for troubleshooting, easier export settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for remote whiteboarding, brainstorming sessions, and synthesizing research through visual UX artifacts. As a UX designer, it helps me document solutions and ideas quickly with easy-to-use templates, toolbar, stickers, and drawing tools.

Revolutionized Team Collaboration and Prototyping

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives a shared infinite-canvas where the whole team — no matter where — can brainstorm, plan, map journeys or sketch ideas visually & collaboratively, in real time or async. I also love the new prototyping — you can quickly build interactive, clickable flows right inside Miro, turning ideas into testable prototypes without leaving the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly like almost everything, good job guys!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves challenges typical of distributed or remote teams — letting people in different locations collaborate visually on a shared infinite canvas. This helps us stay aligned, avoid misunderstandings, move quickly from ideas to concrete designs, and reduce context-switching across tools.

Great for Team Brainstorming, but Limited Use Cases

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for real-time collaboration and works like sticky notes in a way that allows for team brainstorming and creativity. It also allows for collaboration when people are not both online at the same time. This makes it an ideal tool for remote teams. I also appreciate that contributions can be anonymous.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use cases feel more limited and the mobile version is not an intuitive and easy to use as the web one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to mind map and brainstorm for different ideas for podcasts and conference sessions.

It's great for collaborative ideas sharing and decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
I keep dragging the wrong elements around too frequently - user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to structure my thinking. I can take a brain dump and have it "on paper" for other people to understand.

Unmatched Collaboration and Creative Freedom

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The freedom of throwing everything you have in mind on a miro board, and then take it from there. The collaborative features are also seamless, I have had chats with my colleague on a Miro board, which is not the intended purpose but still works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much, just the exporting feature could be better to support different formats, I had troubles that some formats are not supported by other softwares, so having a wide list of options would be convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to design fully detailed dashboards, before even getting started, and show it to team memebrs and get all feedback, saves a lot of back and forth.
