Intuitive Design, Excellent for Real-Time Collaboration

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's very simple and intuitive interface. It allows me to draw everything I can imagine, which I find very useful. I don't need to jump between files, which is good. I also appreciate that I can share mock-ups with my team and work on them in real-time. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it isn't easy to import media from my desktop. I cannot find the button that helps me do it, so I just collapse the browser and drag the file. Maybe to add mirroring to the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to build mock-ups for designers and plan schemes. It has a simple, intuitive interface, allowing me to draw anything I imagine. I like sharing mock-ups with my team to work in real time without switching files.

Collaborative Dream Tool for Creative Teams

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the live updates and collaborative aspect of Miro because there's no need to share files and update permissions. Once everyone is in, we can hit the ground running. I also love the visual aspect, which makes the boards fun to use. It's nice that there are very few restrictions on how big or sprawling the boards can be. The setup was very easy, with no issues that I can recall. Additionally, after trying Adobe and Sketch's collaboration software, Miro is the first program we've used that we've stuck with. I really love this platform and use it even for my own personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love even more creative and visual customization options. The design tools themselves are somewhat restrictive. The gif replay could also be a bit smoother, and it would be nice to place the link icons displayed over images on to a desired corner instead of it only being in the upper right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easier to collect information across the team, walk through processes, and engage in reviews, helping us use collective inspiration effectively.

Visual Collaboration Redefined with Miro

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual nature of Miro. It grabs people's attention without being distracting and allows for visual brainstorming. I also appreciate that I can create things on the fly, which is great during facilitation. The infinite canvas lets us quickly enter and use information in interesting ways. Transitioning from physical media to Miro was a revelation. Although it took a little while to get ramped up, I was impressed with how quickly I learned to use all its tools. It's an incredible tool if you have a good use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have major issues with Miro. There are tiny features that, if implemented, could enhance the experience. I think we probably use Miro a little differently than most group use cases, though. I have run into walls on specific implementations where I was trying to build tools for randomization and selecting inputs to achieve a random output. Also I've found the Miroverse a little opaque in terms of how to bring other tools into your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team alignment, goal setting, and strategy. It provides an infinite canvas for quick information entry and visual brainstorming, replacing physical media and making facilitation more interesting.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the zooming and moving aspects of Miro. It could use better interfaces and choices for page navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organizing complex workflows and dependencies, and it facilitates collaboration with multiple users contributing live or asynchronously.

Miro: Integral for User Research

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save all my information, and the new functionality to group information and download data with AI speeds up my work by reducing the manual rework of downloading information from my interviews. Also, I really like the tables because they help a lot in organizing information. I found that the initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the wireframing part to be improved, for it to be easier to create screens, to expand the component library, and to make screens with spaces to replace the empty spaces with components. I would also like to be able to make annotations linked to the components to explain the functionality, and to allow indicating if it is validated by the developers so that it is recorded, along with the date and comments of the validation and by whom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my interviews and results, centralize documents, share ideas, and conduct ideation and wireframing exercises. It speeds up my work by reducing manual rework and provides me with automatic insights.

Effortless Collaboration and Intuitive Interface with Miro

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Over the past period I’ve been using Miro extensively at Deployteq, both internally with colleagues and during brainstorm sessions with clients. What I appreciate most is how effortless it feels to get ideas out of people’s heads and onto a shared canvas. Even team members who aren’t naturally visual thinkers pick it up quickly — the interface is intuitive, the tools are simple, and everyone can participate without technical barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to mention a downside, it’s that large, complex boards can get a bit slow, especially when many elements are added over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro, brainstorms and planning sessions often resulted in scattered notes, screenshots, and separate documents. It was easy for context to get lost.

Now, everything lives on a single canvas — ideas, user flows, wireframes, notes, links. Everyone sees the same thing at the same time, which creates instant alignment. No more “Can you send me that file?” or “Where did we put that post-it again?”.

Another issue we had before using Miro, preparing physical workshops used to take a lot of time: formatting slides, printing canvases, arranging activities. Miro allows us to have a framework for workshops that we can use, time and again.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for its shared working space, making it an easy way to share thoughts with multiple people and work in a shared space. I find it particularly useful how we can all be working at the same time and I can see who is working where. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is hard to navigate at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for an easy way to share thoughts with multiple people and work in a shared space. We can all work simultaneously and see who is working where.

Real-Time Collaboration Made Easy

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows us to see real-time updates and there's no need to reload to see any changes made by team members. It makes Miro valuable because it leans out the process of mapping out our current and future state procedures. My company uses it to collaborate on work breakdown structures, which helps identify key tasks that need further development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't get the export to Smartsheet feature to work on my computer for some reason. Also when I export things to CSV I wish there was a way for me to approve the formatting of how that data feeds over. I do wish there was an easier way to share multiple boards though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro streamlines our work breakdown structure process digitally, eliminating the need for manual sticky notes. It offers real-time updates, helping us map out current and future procedures efficiently.
