What do you like best about the product?
As a designer, it allows me collaborate with my team and with customers who don't want to use Figma. It's super easy to brainstorm and get my ideas onto a canvas
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints is that boards can become slow and difficult to use as they get larger or accumulate more content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming with my team and customers
Important Tool for Collaborating in the Architecture and Design Space
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been an integral part of my career in design and architecture, from the academic environment to the professional world. It is a space where my colleagues and I informally charette on designs, workshop solutions, and share ideas with consultants and clients. The tool is incredibly approachable and easy to use, with a variety of tools and features. Whether I am in person with my team or connecting over video, we are using Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
As designers, we are often bringing in images, PDFs, and other medium into the Miro board. With all of these files, the board can sometimes be slow or crash, especially when sharing the board on video, with many different people are collaborating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro acts as the 'drawing board' for me and my colleagues to collaborate across offices. Moreover, it allows me and my colleagues to quickly iterate on ideas while we are together in person, without having to find a white board or other drawing surface.
Miro Makes Remote Collaboration as Easy as a Real Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
In the age of remote work, Miro is the most intuitive tool to replace the "gather around a whiteboard moment". When youre trying to figure something out visually, or rally the team around an idea, you dont want to be fighting with a tool that slows your flow. Miro is so intuitive, it feels as natural as scribbling on a white board (but provides visual components and organization that look like you've spent hours on presentation). I use it for user journeys, providing QA to dev teams, documenting before/afters, workshops - everything! Couldnt work without Miro in my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing is a little confusing, im never quite sure if who im sharing with will have the appropriate access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration in a remote/async work environment.
Nice and visual
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using because it allows me to organize my ideas in a more visual way. It’s also something we use a lot at the company to map out the workflows we need, so everyone can share their input on what should be prioritized. Since the ideas are displayed visually, it helps everyone understand what’s going on, how far along the project is, and what the next steps are. So, I think it’s really beneficial to always have meetings or present proposals using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit hard to understand how to use it sometimes, but I think with time we all get the hang of it. Iit would be really nice if you had a short course on your website, kind of like what HubSpot do, where they offer quick training inside their own platform and even give you a certificate. It would be great if, for example, everyone in our company could take that course so we’d all know how to use Miro more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think I managed to present the idea to the whole team in a simple way, where they can also make changes and share suggestions on how the process should move forward. The biggest challenge we had was making sure everyone understood the ideas and the workflow, and Miro solved that.
A UX Designer's Dream: Easy, Collaborative, and AI-Enhanced
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, which is impressive as a UX designer. The drag-and-drop interface makes collaboration and editing seamless. I appreciate the ready-to-use templates, solving many planning issues efficiently. The AI feature is incredible, especially in creating slides, adding significant value. The concept of the board allows for flexible planning for both work and personal life.

I think it would be really helpful if Miro incorporated AI to suggest improvements or changes.

Visual storage tool with user-friendliness, but update challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to use visual storage tools in Miro, which allow me to save Post-it sessions and images, which is very helpful when working with clients and in processes. Miro's user-friendly interface is clear and straightforward, which makes setup and use easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get annoyed when updates are made and suddenly information or features that you were used to in a certain place in the sidebar are suddenly in a different place, like at the bottom right. I would prefer if updates were carried out without the shortcuts or the icons and features being placed somewhere else every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a visual storage tool to save Post-it sessions and pictures from meetings with clients, which makes it easier for me to continuously build on previous results and plan workshops efficiently.

Miro: The Ultimate Collaboration Tool for Digital Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate everything Miro has to offer, especially the steady stream of updates they provide. The platform has allowed us to minimize unnecessary clutter and has saved us from creating a surplus of presentations that would likely be forgotten after just a few months.
Our digital marketing team includes more than ten members, each bringing their own expertise. Miro has become our main space for collaborating on strategies and moving our digital projects forward.
In my opinion, this is the best tool for building website sitemaps, designing wireframes, performing post-sale analyses, compiling web analytics reports with screenshots, and so much more.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when the UI and UX do not feel as intuitive as I would hope, which can make the platform seem a bit overwhelming. It takes some time to get used to navigation tools like zooming and panning. I have also observed occasional lag, particularly when multiple users are editing at the same time. With the abundance of features, the workspace can become cluttered fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been extremely helpful in centralizing my strategy, making it easily accessible to all team members. I no longer need to maintain separate presentations or spreadsheets, nor do I have to share links, since everything is already organized in one place.
Because I work across various digital platforms, it allows me the flexibility to create CRM strategies and reports, as well as conduct post-sale campaign analysis for the website, app, CRM, paid channels, and SEO—all within the same platform. One of the best features is the ability to add screenshots that I take from web analytics to see website landing page performance.

Intuitive and Flexible, but Team Collaboration Needs Caution
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is both intuitive and flexible, which makes it easy to use. I also appreciate that it allows you to export your work to PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
When collaborating as a team, the changes made by others can sometimes overwrite your own work, so it's important to have trust in your teammates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform for real-time collaboration and ensures that you can always access the most current version of a project.
