User-Friendly and Organized, but Needs Better Font and Sticky Note Options

  • October 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean, and organized. Transitioned to Miro from Figma because Figma does not allow the creator or user to track changes (of who made what changes) when there are multiple editors working on a single board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font size issues - Figma handles this better. Also the Sticky notes size and font size are not nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to map out processes, roadmaps, and concepts on a large canvas, rather than being restricted to a single slide deck or similar formats. What matters most to me are the freedom, ease of use, and strong visualization capabilities.

It is not very easy to generate pdf prints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very practical for sharing information with project teams and for migrating information to and from other systems

Great Collaboration Tools, but Misses Some Lucidspark Features

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
All of the features that make my ability to collaborate easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Lucidspark in my last role and some features that they had were actually better suited for my needs, such as hiding boards, grouping stuff. I feel like it's a little bit clunky on Miro comparatively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to sharpen the problem or discovery framing for the projects I lead,

Great New AI Features and Convenient In-App Recording with easy share features.

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’m really enjoying the new AI features they’ve introduced, along with the convenience of being able to record directly within the app. The ability to easily share projects is super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot I don't like but if I were to be picky I would say at first the UI need to be more intuitive. Just getting comfortable with everything can take a minute. But again that's just me being picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me create visual representations for the ideas and projects in my head. It helps me communicate and plan in a more visual way.

Collaboration That’s Flexible, Visual, and Almost Frictionless

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration and project visualization intuitive. Many projects stall because information is scattered or hard to access. Miro fixes that by giving teams a shared space where everything stays connected and easy to find.

What I like best is its flexibility. Whether I’m mapping a workflow, reviewing a document, or managing campaign assets, Miro lets me present information visually in whatever form makes the most sense. I can design an entire campaign diagram, link every related file directly from the board, and make sure everyone knows where to look. It’s a simple, efficient way to bring clarity to complex work.

Our team probably uses it daily now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much I dislike about Miro, but a few things could be improved. Some design elements aren’t as intuitive to access as they could be, and a few basic shapes I’d expect to find are missing from the modals. It can also be tricky to judge scale. For example, when I’m working in a specific region of the canvas, new text boxes don’t always match the scale of what’s already visible—sometimes they’re so small that I have to zoom in just to locate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often work across three or four tools to build a campaign—from mapping the user journey to iterating and commenting on assets. Miro brings all of that into one place. I can manage feedback, organize approvals, and keep everything connected. It makes collaboration on complex projects noticeably faster and easier.

Easy to Use, but Search Needs Improvement

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and the tools miro provides. I also like the visual impact of the diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to search through mocks where text is embedded. On a document with many different diagrams, it's difficult to find specific information unless you know exactly where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows engineers to visually diagram proposed solutions to reach a broader audience.

Miro: Key Tool for Organization and Teamwork

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro to organize information with mind map structures and its great dashboard that allows me to divide and manage projects easily. The ease of teamwork and the ability to keep a lot of information in one place are invaluable to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Miro to have more features specifically designed for benchmarking web pages and the inclusion of user flows or other tools that help in this aspect. However, I recognize that this need may be more related to my particular use of the tool than to a general lack in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize information, take notes for the team, and plan workflows, especially for marketing. It allows me to create mind maps and visualize projects, facilitating collaboration and centralizing information in one place.

Great for Fast, Collaborative Idea Sharing, but Needs More Visual and Presentation Options

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and quickness of adding ideas into a visual space, the ability to communicate ideas to a group, the collaborative nature of generating/organising ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions in objects, limitations in visual control, sometimes would like more ‘presentation’ tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software excels at presenting concepts, representing and collecting ideas, as well as analyzing and organizing them. I appreciate how it streamlines the process from idea gathering to sorting and analysis.
