Effortless Brainstorming and Prototyping with Flexible Templates
What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility it has to quickly start brainstorming or even prototyping ideas with their pre-made templates. It's definitely my go-to tool when trying to narrow downthe ideation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something that I dislike from Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I tried to do everything I do within Miro, with other tools, I'd need not just one tool, but many. So using Miro allows me do everything I need in a single place and let my creativity run.
Intuitive Collaboration, Though Frame Nesting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for writing and communicating requirements using sticky notes, wireframes, and flowcharts. It's also great for capturing ideas quickly or as a digital whiteboard to share easily. It makes collaboration easier when we aren't in the same location. I love the ease of use; it's very intuitive compared to other similar products. Even though we don't use the wireframe interface much anymore, it is decent. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could nest frames within frames. It's frustrating and limiting when I can't group frames within another frame. The integration with Jira does not automatically update in both directions, which is somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for writing and sharing requirements via sticky notes and flowcharts. It solves remote collaboration challenges, making it easier for us to work together without being in the same location.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything bad to say about Miro, I'm. not sure that I've attempted to look into it but maybe that you have to pay for all users on the team?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems Miro is solving for me is deciding/mapping out what out what our IG feed looks like, easily showing to my team what the feed will look like at well as well as looking at an archive of all posts we've done.

Effortless Collaboration and Visual Organization with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely helpful due to its ease of use and intuitive interface. Even first-time users can quickly understand how to navigate the platform, create boards, and start collaborating without a steep learning curve.
One of Miro’s biggest upsides is the variety of resources available, such as sticky notes, mind maps, flowcharts, diagrams, and templates. These features make it easy to organize ideas visually, brainstorm collaboratively, and structure complex thoughts in a simple and practical way.
Another strong advantage is how easy it is to upload and work with images and PDFs. Files can be added directly to boards, resized, annotated, and integrated into workflows, which is very useful for presentations, planning, and documentation.
Miro also stands out for its organization capabilities. Boards can be neatly organized into folders, making it simple to manage multiple projects, teams, or clients without losing clarity. This structure helps keep workspaces clean and easy to navigate.
Overall, Miro greatly improves idea organization, process creation, and collaboration. It enables teams to map out processes, align on strategies, and turn abstract ideas into clear, visual workflows in an efficient and engaging way.

What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation of Miro is the lack of more advanced folder organization. While it is possible to organize boards into folders, having subfolders would make it much easier to manage large volumes of boards and complex projects.
Another improvement opportunity would be the addition of a built-in notes or notepad feature, especially optimized for tablet use with a stylus. Being able to write handwritten notes, sketch freely, and have everything automatically saved and organized within Miro would significantly enhance the experience for users who work on tablets.
These enhancements would make Miro even more powerful as a centralized workspace for both structured collaboration and personal note-taking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas, unstructured collaboration, and difficulty in visualizing processes and workflows. Instead of using multiple tools for brainstorming, documentation, and planning, Miro centralizes everything in one visual workspace.
This benefits me by making it much easier to organize ideas, structure processes, and turn abstract thoughts into clear visual maps. It improves collaboration by allowing teams to work together in real time, align quickly, and contribute ideas in a simple and intuitive way.
Miro also helps reduce confusion and rework, since information, images, PDFs, and process flows are all stored in the same place. As a result, planning becomes more efficient, communication improves, and decision-making is faster and more structured.

Effortless Collaboration with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for whiteboarding, sharing design feedback, visual roadmaps, and copywriting layouts. It's easy to interact with and comment on a design or wireframe without the complexity of Figma. I appreciate how I can easily share visual diagrams and whiteboards for brainstorming, which is great for remote work and keeps a cleaner record. I like that Miro is easy to use, and it offers a good mix of guides and pre-built components, yet stays very flexible. The guides and pre-built components get me going fast and provide ready-made ingredients, which I find very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the way tables auto size or being able to mix text sizes within a single block. I wish there was more flexibility to select the font size I want.
