Perfect for Remote Teams with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro's excellent design and seamless user interface, which make it easy to get started for everyone. The new AI features are great and just make my life easier, particularly for AI rapid prototyping. It's a valuable tool for visualizing, collaborating, and creating what we think we're seeing together.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I say it's simple, there is quite a lot of functionality to learn upfront. I think the onboarding for a new user could be a bit more seamless. But I believe they're working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate across multiple time zones with a remote team, and I find it invaluable for visualizing and collaborating on ideas without guessing.
Supercharges Visual Collaboration Yet Needs More Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to translate and visualize my work, and it really simplifies the process of strategizing, facilitating, and creating presentations. I love its AI capabilities and how it helps me categorize and build workflows, especially in complex environments with interconnected systems and different teams. It's been incredibly useful for creating visuals that help explain concepts to teams with varying levels of understanding. I am impressed by how fast Miro allows me to share my ideas visually, saving me hours as it gets done in just five minutes. The initial setup was very easy and practical, and it left a good impression.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lost into how to move the mouse, but I found it. It's very basic. And how to create the flow sometimes it's not that user-friendly. The arrows, how they interconnect, it's very annoying to double-click, right-click, change it, to connect. It feels like we need more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually present my thoughts and logic, which simplifies strategizing and facilitating complex workflows. It reduces the time needed to share ideas visually from hours to minutes.
Versatile Collaboration Tool with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is so versatile. The amount of different visual aids allows a lot of different learning types to be utilized all in one place. I love how collaborative it is, and that you can limit that if you need people to focus or have it as open as you like. It allows me to come up with new formats to tell things to my colleagues instead of the normal stiff Microsoft formats. Also, Miro is very simple to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a bit confusing in terms of the steep learning curve. There are a lot of features to get used to straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for my apprenticeship and collaborating with colleagues. It offers versatility and collaboration features, allowing different learning types and new formats beyond traditional tools.
Great for collaboration and process revamping
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives you lots of options on how to use the software with its multiple templates and the ability to have multiple people join the same board to work collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
its far too easy to accidentally start moving everything around when you are just trying to move around the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am re-designing the onboarding process for our business and our customers, it has allowed me to lay out the plan in a linear fashion that I can walk others through it and we can collaborate to make improvements
Effortless Collaboration, Intuitive Whiteboard Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for cross-team collaboration and visual aids to support complex workflows or org structures. I appreciate its ease of use, feeling just like a whiteboard in an office, which makes it super easy to use. The interface is really intuitive, allowing anyone in the business to pick it up and start using it from the moment they get logged in. The initial setup was also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards can get messy and overwhelming, it'd be great if we could save sub-sections to easily click into the right area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for cross-team collaboration and visual aids for complex workflows. It solves real-time collaboration and visual communication challenges, making things super easy, like using a whiteboard in an office.

Simplifies Project Organization with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for laying out our ideas for a project at my architecture firm. I really like how I can keep things small and still zoom in and out based on the importance level, which makes it easy to have everything in one place and isn't as chaotic. This ability helps me see an overview of all the things we need to know for my projects and helps me organize it well. The initial setup of Miro was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe when I upload files it gets a little glitchy. It only happens when I upload big files, so just improving what the board can handle file size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me see everything in one place easily. I like being able to zoom in and out, which lets me keep things organized and see an overview of everything needed for my projects without chaos.
Miro Makes Org Charts Effortless with an Intuitive Whiteboard and Helpful Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I find the whiteboard aspect of Miro to be very easy to use. I create an organization chart by simply dropping in an org chart; adding names, titles, and pictures - and suddenly everyone can understand the organizational structure without having to ask additional questions - which in itself, has saved me a lot of time on back-and-forth questions. The templates are really helpful - not just filler. Setup was zero effort - I just filled in the required information, and it was ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom function will snap to a location you did not intend to look at and then you'll need to scroll through your entire screen to find where you were. Some features are simply blocked off without any indication as to why, and you may eventually discover how to overcome the blockage, but it is not clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple departments using multiple software applications and none of them communicated with each other. Miro brings all those tools together into one platform - floor plans, process flows, diagrams, org charts, etc., whatever each department needs. And now when someone wants to see what something will look like before it is built, I can actually show them rather than try to describe it.
A near-perfect empty slate to visualize whatever you want
What do you like best about the product?
It's basically an empty slate to visualize anything. It sets very little limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some practical things like copypasting things from other apps and to other apps is sometimes a bit wonky. Sorry, I can't remember an example right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timelines, retros, flowcharts.. Basically nearly every type of planning a product team needs
