Quick Idea Mapping, Ideal for Teams

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to quickly map out ideas and link them with arrows. During live Teams calls, this feature allows me to canvas ideas swiftly without faffing about. It's also great for work, brainstorming, and presenting ideas, showing workflows clearly and the sequences our customers must follow. I find Miro the best option after trying out Whiteboard and Canva, and the initial setup was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Increased graphical functionality might be nice for presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro shows workflows clearly and sequences for our customers. I can quickly map out ideas with arrows during live Teams calls without faffing about.

Empowers Creative Freedom and Seamless Collaboration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility it provides, allowing me as an individual creative to organize and express my ideas freely. I also value the positive effect it has on groups when I share boards with them, as it enables collaborative organization and expression in much the same way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is missing a few basic features that would be quite useful. For instance, it would be helpful to have the ability to flip an image horizontally, as well as cropping tools that support irregular shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves as a virtual war room, making remote and team collaboration remarkably simple. With Miro, my colleagues and I can easily work together, share ideas, and communicate effectively, which has greatly improved our collaborative efforts.

Great for Collaboration, Needs User Management Improvements

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to collaborate with and very graphical. It helps that you can see who is working at the same time, making it very visual. The initial setup was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting users, I cannot recover the work later on. There has to be a way to recover them even if you deleted. Especially the problem is that if I delete it and somebody in the company still has access to it, it is deleted at all and there is a huge issue to continue the work. Miro is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating flows and plans, solving structure, visual sharing, and collaboration. It's easy to collaborate and very graphical, helping us show customers the flow designs before real production.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates and the latest AI tools in Miro, which allow me to have it pre-build various visuals based upon text entered. I find the initial setup super easy and not a problem at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ability to build entire visuals or artifacts from a text-based prompt a bit limited and clunky at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me articulate thoughts and visions clearly for stakeholders, turning them into artifacts. It's great for technical brainstorming, roadmapping, and visualizing narratives.

Amplifies Team Collaboration with Engaging Tools

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the standard whiteboard functions in Miro and find the vast variety of templates really helpful. This variety helps prevent starting from scratch and allows for the use of best practices and learnings from other teams and companies. I also enjoy the fun aspect of Miro, including stickers, which can make meetings and brainstorming sessions more entertaining. Additionally, the music that goes along with the timer adds to the experience. The templates definitely increase the quality of discussions and the thinking process while saving a lot of time not having to build out a workshop from scratch. The stickers help drive engagement with multiple team members, especially when you have a lot of people on a remote call like Zoom or Google Meet. I find it easy to invite users to different teams and manage them, especially with the addition of single sign-on, which makes it easy for new team members joining.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to share Miro boards in a way that is easy to see on slides. It would also be helpful to be able to share them with people who don't have a Miro account and let them be able to view it without having to log in with miro credentials if they have SSO credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps provide visualization for discussions, making it easier to follow conversations and saving time in broad, deep sessions. It documents thought processes, allowing us to revisit ideas and understand decision contexts.
