Feature-Rich and Visually Engaging Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I regularly use it on my work, even when not in a collaborating context, I still find it useful to document, organize and structure my work. It is rich in features and visually appealing. Having the work shown in a visually-well presented way significantly increases the ability to understand what you are dealing with. Also the fact that everyone involved can interact on the board is great! And it's not complicated to use.

Powerful, Easy-to-Use Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its exceptional ease of use the interface is good, visually appealing, and requires almost no learning curve. The ease of implementation allowed our team to adopt it quickly, and we now rely on it with a high frequency of use for brainstorming, project planning, and collaboration. Miro offers a rich number of features that cover everything from mind mapping to agile workflows, yet it maintains simplicity. Its ease of integration with tools like ClickUp makes it fit seamlessly into our existing workflow. The customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that while it offers a great number of features, some advanced tools can feel overwhelming at first, slightly reducing the ease of use. The ease of integration with certain niche apps could also be improved, and occasionally, real-time collaboration lags when multiple users are active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us bridge the gap between remote and in-person collaboration by providing a single visual space where ideas, workflows, and feedback come together in real time. It solves the problem of mapping the customer journey and disjointed planning by making everything—from mind mapping to execution—visible and interactive. This has greatly improved our team’s alignment, creativity, and speed of decision-making.
Perfect for Visualizing and Sharing Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can put my thoughts into something visual, both for my own sake when planning/drafting/ideating and for demonstrating my thoughts to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, I really enjoy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining my thoughts in a visual way to help others understand what I'm thinking. Also, it's great for workshops and other collaborative activities. I also like it for roadmaps and OKR visualization.
Streamlined Project Visualization with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Miro for over a month, primarily for work activities such as writing, visualizing customer journey maps, and email automations. I found Miro through a fellow freelancer using it on a previous project, and it seamlessly fit my current work use case. Miro's setup was straightforward, allowing me to dive directly into my tasks without delay. I appreciate how Miro provides me with a bird's eye view of project timelines over the coming months, helping me prioritize effectively and visibly communicate the project vision to clients, ensuring alignment and clarity. The workflow capabilities are particularly valuable to me, especially how easily I can define triggers and subsequent steps. The seamless integration with other tools like Figma and the ESP platform I use daily enhances my overall productivity. I especially value Miro's ability to make project visions visible to clients, which keeps us on the same page. My satisfaction with Miro is reflected in my likelihood of recommending it to others, as I'd rate it a ten out of ten.

I always need a Miro board for every project! Can't imagine working without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro whenever I work on a project. Creating boards allows me to highlight the most important parts, making them much easier to locate later. This has made my workflow noticeably smoother. I also appreciate how simple it is to share documents with my colleagues.

Innovative and User-Focused, But Pricing Pushes Us Away
What do you like best about the product?
It's by far the best tool of its kind (powerful + easy to use) + stays aggressive on innovation, i.e., new features + capabilities; I feel Miro knows its customer very well
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model; my co moved us from Miro to Lucid to reduce costs; we all hate Lucid but have no influence to change; $ rules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting all things Design Thinking + Design Sprints
Real-Time Collaboration and Versatile Templates
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate in real time is truly the main reason my team and I rely on Miro. As the coordinator of an internal design team that supports both internal and external clients, I find that Miro offers a unique space where everyone can work together, no matter their area of expertise—whether they're developers, data analysts, payroll executives, or support consultants. On top of that, the Miroverse library has proven invaluable whenever we face unfamiliar challenges. Its extensive and varied selection of templates gives us a solid starting point and clear direction for shaping the processes needed to tackle new projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When managing a project with more than 100 frames, I notice that Miro tends to slow down and sometimes even freeze. Similarly, handling multiple elements and boards can make it challenging to orient yourself or locate your workspace within the current Frames function. If it were possible to group several frames together to represent different sections of a project, navigating through the board would be much more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a work-from-home company with teams spread across various regions of México, we used to find it challenging to collaborate in real time and make tangible progress on our projects. Since adopting Miro, we have overcome the barrier of distance and in-session progress, allowing us to work together seamlessly. Miro provides a shared space where everyone can contribute their expertise without needing to learn complex, specialized tools. Its low learning curve means that virtually anyone in our company can use it, making Miro an essential tool for our daily operations.
