What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro allows for quick and efficient collaboration with clients, especially on logo design projects. The platform provides more functionality than using emails, allowing me to receive and respond to feedback quickly. This accelerates the design and feedback process significantly, reducing what used to take weeks to just a day or two. I also love the capability to add files straight from my phone, which simplifies the workflow and makes adding real-time updates from anywhere seamless. The text box feature is particularly useful for adding commentary on logo versions, enhancing communication and clarity in design discussions. Overall, there are no challenges in the setup process; it was straightforward, requiring only a quick signup with my email and a password. Lastly, the seamless integration with tools like the Adobe Creative Suite works superbly in my existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

Miro: Ideal for Visualizing Complex Ideas

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Miro is an incredibly useful tool for visualizing ideas, which is especially beneficial when working on complex topics like customer journeys in financial applications. I love how Miro facilitates the transition from an abstract idea to a very granular level of detail, something that would be difficult to achieve in a conventional document. I value the tool's ability to facilitate the comparison of ideas and organize many different ideas in a single visually appealing space. Additionally, I particularly enjoy the functionalities that allow for the simultaneous interaction of multiple users, which significantly enhances collaboration, especially with the new artificial intelligence features, such as image-to-text conversion, which make the tool increasingly powerful in terms of collaboration. I believe these features make Miro a valuable tool for workshops, planning, and retrospectives, standing out in its ability to simplify complexity into an accessible format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had certain frictions at the beginning, as I didn't quite understand how the tools worked, especially the frames for placing the post-its. Additionally, finding a way to export my work was quite challenging, resulting in me opting to take screenshots when I needed printed versions. I have also faced difficulties with licenses, especially when trying to collaborate with external people who are not familiar with Miro, making the process more complicated. The lack of integration with tools like Figma or Google Drive limits my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, it helps me to have issues like customer journeys and comparisons in one place visually. Miro makes it easy to express ideas simply, allowing a transition from a great abstraction to granular detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to use Miro to track the progress of teamwork. It allows us to visualize each stage of a project, collaborate in real time, and see how ideas evolve collectively. It truly helps the whole team stay aligned and engaged throughout the process.

In general, I find the scrolling and navigation a bit confusing. It’s nothing you can’t get used to, but it could perhaps be a bit smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been very efficient and useful for organizing ideas, collaborating with teams, and visualizing projects in a clear and dynamic way. It makes it easy to bring people together in real time, whether for brainstorming sessions, planning processes, or mapping out workflows. The platform helps transform abstract concepts into visual structures that everyone can understand and contribute to. What do you like best about the product?
I deeply appreciate the ease of use that Miro offers. Setting it up was super easy, which is a big plus as it allowed me to jump right into using it without any hassle. The platform is fantastic for organizing my thoughts and externalizing them into a structured format where I can really see and understand them. This mental clarity is crucial for my work. I love how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is, making Miro stand out among other tools. The ability to connect objects, change sizes, add text, and draw within the platform is incredibly useful, providing me the flexibility to visually articulate complex ideas effectively. Its simplicity ensures that my focus remains on the creative process rather than figuring out how to use the tool. The ease of connecting different elements in a visual space makes this not just a productive tool but also an enjoyable one.

I wish Miro could automatically create mind maps from a given source, similar to the functionality provided by Google's notebook LM. This feature would greatly enhance its capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my thoughts, visualize problems and solutions, and present processes visually, benefiting from easy-to-use features like connecting objects, resizing, and adding text.

Real-Time Collaboration Makes Remote Work Effortless

  • October 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
ability to collaborate with colleagues real time - as a 100% remote company, this makes meetings and project efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
the space vs canvas - I'm still confused by the differences between the different views. It also causes confusion when a diagram is made on the canvas, but doesn't show in the space - so time is spent looking for it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mapping out expected behavior vs current behavior, along with current view (screenshot added) to expected view (wireframe); steps needed to tackle the project based on the changes needed
