All-in-One Platform for Effortless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Within a single page, I can work with multiple options without losing track of anything. The available templates are especially helpful for project and team management. Miro also makes it easy to collect ideas in a live environment during meetings. I use it frequently for developing strategies and creating implementation plans, and it has become an essential part of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While opening Miro through the desktop app, it often requires me to first open it via the web browser. This extra step is inconvenient and affects the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While developing the BIM strategy for one of our projects - which required multiple iterations and frequent referencing of various client documents-Miro allowed me to organize everything in one place. Being able to consolidate all pages, notes, and references within a single Miro Board made the process more efficient and provided a reliable space to revisit the information for future understanding and refinement.
very good app
What do you like best about the product?
flexibility in drawing one's ideas easily
What do you dislike about the product?
ease of use could be improved or totally automated (maybe via ai), too many hidden functions which i can't use and need to spend time to learn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we create financial products which require legal input as well as that of many other departments
Easy and Convenient App, But Switching Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy and convenient to use. The arrows connecting the components are well integrated and have a very clean appearance. The components are very clean and are taken into consideration keeping the audience who are not into UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between pen / editable tool to non editable tool. This sometimes created a lots of confusion and even messes up the diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often design system architecture diagrams for my company's technology product, and Miro has made this process much simpler and more organized. It allows me to clearly explain the diagrams and overall architecture to the entire team.
Flexible Tool with Visual Collaboration, But Needs Stability Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Miro and how it handles documents really well. The drag and drop feature is great, allowing me to expand and explore ideas easily. It's very easy to set up, and I've been a long-term user because of this. I also appreciate the ability to make ideas visual and share them in an open digital space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed of Miro problematic, and it sometimes crashes or is buggy, which is frustrating. It would be much better if it were less buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make ideas visual and share an open digital space. It handles documents flexibly, allowing drag, drop, expand, and explore.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It’s intuitiveness and ease of use. I use it on my laptop and the application works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of the app leaves a lot to be desired, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conceptualizing problems and potential solutions in my field can be challenging, especially with a group of people. Miro helps us get our ideas across in an organized manner using diagrams while encouraging collaboration.
Fast and Collaborative, along with most of collaborative features.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for drawing my ideas for Solution Architecture work. It's an easy space to collaborate, draw ideas, take notes, keep action items, and list open questions all in one place. I really appreciate that, despite all the features it offers, Miro is reasonably fast as a web-based tool. This performance is a standout feature compared to other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the cursor movements distort a lot of elements on the board, and it becomes difficult to go back to the previous stage. I need to create a copy out of a previous state. It would be helpful if Miro could provide some ability, like a popup confirmation showing the number of components when too many components are changed or moved at once. This way, I can check if I mistakenly modified multiple components and undo it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Draw the ideas or solutions on a board and present it easily to anyone, making it best way to have board discussions online.
Unmatched Flexibility for Any Workflow Type
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly agile platform - it allows one to create pretty much any type of workflow imaginable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any downsides to Miro - it's responsive, full of features and never down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides unparalleled visual support when brainstorming ideas, putting together a workflow or leading an interactive workshop.
The Best Tool for Seamless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in Miro can be viewed in one window, which lets us zoom in and out as much as we like. This feature really helps use the tool more efficiently because we don't have to keep changing windows. I also find the initial setup for Miro super easy, and I enjoy starting with just an open fresh board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document viewer has been challenging, particularly with the size of the document that can be uploaded, and the user experience could be better in terms of switching pages in a multipage PDF. Hitting the page to change to the next page is not as seamless as it could be, and a scrolling option might improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables my team to work more efficiently together by offering a single interface to share many types of information and visually see what others are focusing on without screen sharing.
Ideal for Visualization and Effective Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro because it helps me visualize workflows in BPMN and for design workshops and meetings that require visualizations. I love the completeness of its systems and the ease of interaction, as Miro was an early leader in the collaborative boards market and established UX patterns that I expect from other tools. The initial setup was easy because I had used it before. Additionally, it is robust for graphing BPMN, much more so than other tools like Figjam.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the appearance of the Post-its in Miro, they look strange and a bit old. I feel that some specialized templates could improve, be more flexible, or have clearer tools to use. In the connectors and gateways of BPMN diagrams, the lines have to go over the texts, which makes it look somewhat messy. Also, I would love to have AI tools capable of graphing BPMN flows within Miro. I would like Miro to have advantages of Figjam like its nicer components, the ability to do autolayout, or to summarize post-its with AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize workflows in BPMN, participatory design workshops, and meetings with visualizations. It addresses the need to visually communicate concepts, processes, and ideas.
Intuitive and User-Friendly, But Pop-Ups Can Be Annoying
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the constant pop-ups mean that I can't pull up the boards I need as easily. For example, when I screenshot something to add to a board, and have to cancel a pop-up, I often loose what I have screenshotted. Very minor, but can be annoying!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me have a digital whiteboard that I use with tutoring students.
