Interactive trainings, but room for improvement in presentations

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the diverse possibilities for interaction in Miro, especially with post-its and surveys. These features help me enormously, as participants can solve problems together, contribute their inputs, and it is easy to get feedback. The initial setup of Miro was simple, and the product enables participation, activation, and involvement of participants in online training and workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of external presentations has changed again. This could be easier. Ideally, I would like to be able to integrate them 1 to 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables participation, activation, and involvement of the participants. It helps because the participants can solve problems together, contribute their inputs, and it is easy to get feedback.

Collaborative, Easy to Use, But AI Needs Improvement

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of Miro. The AI feature that categorizes sticky notes is very convenient, as is the feature that allows you to hide and then reveal the content of the sticky notes. The initial setup was very easy and I personally encountered no difficulties. Additionally, Miro allows for live collaboration with remote teams, as if we were together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI function that categorizes post-its works poorly. It could be improved. And there could be an integrated AI that analyzes the content of the board and creates summaries, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of live collaboration with remote teams, as if we were together.

Versatile Workspace and Seamless Team Collaboration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of MIRO. First and foremost, it allows me to use the workspace in many different ways and the scalability of the canvas is just fantastic. I make a lot of use across different project phases (design/ideation to analysis and furthermore). MIRO allows my whole team to seamlessly brainstorm across different time zones and markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it sometimes hard and annoying when I have multiple objects on each other, and MIRO always selects the object I do not want. Maybe a functionality which would allow the object to not only be locked, but in a way ommited when selecting the objects around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not use all possibilities of MIRO, and probably am unaware of some, however my biggest benefit from using MIRO is the ease of use and familiar environment. It allows me to brainstorm with colleagues on a single page and we can easily track each others work.

Excellent Collaboration Templates and Impressive AI Features

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great collaboration template and with loads of pre set themes. Plus the AI features. Use it very frequently. Common across my org and clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now that I dislike. Maybe allow for two orgs work spaces. I work for "company A" and my client is "Company B" - I have to manage two Miro across two diff browsers. This is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation. Rough sketching. Idea board with off shore teams

Versatile Tool with Great Visuals, Needs More Free Features

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming and process mapping, and it really helps in my Gap Analysis efforts by accelerating the problem discovery process for my projects. I like the colorful visuals and the ease of use. I enjoy the ability to edit images via the integration with Adobe, as it makes my diagrams more realistic. The pre-set templates are great because they reduce the hassle of starting from scratch. The initial setup was super easy; I could create a board and start designing right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a free account has access to limited icons and images. I think the edit and download options can also be improved. For Edits - A user should have the ability to strikethrough, re-arrange shapes, and control line spacing or include bullets. For download options, I think more options such as PNG, Docx, should be introduced with options to make light or dark or with and without background color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro accelerates the problem discovery process in my projects, aiding my Gap Analysis efforts.

Essential Tool for Collaborative Process Flows and Ideation

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great for process flows, ideation. Basically communicating a narrative in an effective way. It's essential that board are easily shared and accessible for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to mention. There are just a few small details that could make it even easier to use, or perhaps features that already exist in the tool but I haven't discovered yet. For example, it would be helpful to have simpler ways to ensure consistent spacing between process elements, or to have more options for applying curved arrows without them snapping to a specific point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of scattered documentation across teams and even organization (not being bothered by using Google or Microsoft as IT environments), makes it hard to keep all information up to date and easy sharable and gather feedback on my deliverables.
It makes my life as a product manager easier, I can communicate effectively and enable others to collaborate easier on my deliverables.

Exceptional Collaboration and Real-Time Flowcharting

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely collaborative where i used to draw flowcharts for feature development and share with stakeholders to be aligned. Since it is a real time collaborative tool, it helps us to share our thoughts with ease. Apart from flowchart, it also comes up with mind maps template which is typically used in development - testing environment which is a big plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i feel clumsy as we scale. when we try to draw a large mindmap it becomes easily a mess. In this case, notion outbeats miro where they declutter by default. When you have large board, you may feel lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software development team, we were looking for a real time collaborative tool which would help keep everyone in same page. Miro provided infinite canvas where everyone can contribute in real time and so we could arrive to a conclusion in short span instead of back and fro emails. This also helped combining our discussion and design in one place, so that anybody could get complete context

Effortless Brainstorming and Visualization Tool

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love using Miro as it basically replaces pen and paper for me. It's a tool where I keep all my ideas, findings, designs, and drafts of solutions. I appreciate its simplicity and how intuitive it is; when I started using it, it felt very natural to me. I love that I can easily copy and paste screenshots, which is super helpful when I'm doing research because it allows me to quickly add my findings to the board, making my workflow faster and it's easy to reference later. I really enjoy the option to draw basic flows using simple shapes, which lets me create complicated flows and user journeys. The Post-it feature is also something I like a lot, and sharing tables with others is really convenient. Setting up Miro was very easy, even easier than I expected. Also, the way it aggregates all my ideas and acts as my companion for any type of brainstorm or discovery idea session is something I find incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to create custom colors for Post-its. Also, when I have many frames for different projects on one board, it would be helpful to have some kind of self-adjuster to make frames more organized and clear. It would also be great if the title of the frames could be more highlighted to make it easier to locate something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to replace pen and paper, aggregating ideas, findings, designs, and drafts effortlessly. It simplifies the visualization of problems and solutions, making my work faster and more organized. Miro feels intuitive, supports brainstorming, and lets me draw complex flows easily.
